Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub im Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Beach - Adults Only zu verbringen und möchten gerne unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Es war ein wahrhaft traumhafter Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Hotel selbst ist atemberaubend. Die moderne Architektur und das ansprechende Design verleihen dem gesamten Anwesen eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt, was für eine entspannte und ruhige Umgebung sorgt. Es war ein Ort, an dem wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Personal im Hotel verdient ein besonderes Lob. Sie waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder am Pool, das Personal hat sich um jeden Gast individuell gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Essen im Hotel war einfach herausragend. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars war vielfältig und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war hervorragend, und die Präsentation der Gerichte war ästhetisch ansprechend. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit genossen und waren beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und dem Geschmackserlebnis. Die Zimmer im Royal Hideaway Corales Beach waren komfortabel, geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Beach - Adults Only einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum verwöhnt gefühlt und konnten die Zeit zu zweit in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir erneut Teneriffa besuchen.

A truly fabulous hotel. We've said so many times before which makes it difficult to compliment Fiona and her wonderful team more than we have already done so. Having just returned from another fantastic week we really cannot exaggerate how superb RGVs is. We think the reason is simple...every guest, whether they be regular visitors or staying for the first time, is looked after with such warmth, generosity of spirit, professionalism and kindness....simple but incredibly hard to achieve and sustain without exception. We have never known RGVs to be anything other than truly excellent. Top class hospitality delivered by lovely people in extremely stylish, comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Just brilliant. Its certainly a unique and beautiful hotel. The interior design is second to none and every room and area of the hotel is beautifully appointed. Beds were super comfortable, rooms large and luxurious, it has to get 5 starts, however there is always room for improvements. Although the interior of the hotel was second to none in terms of attention detail I found some areas lacking. Tea bags and milk not replenished in the room - which at 7am when you want a cup of tea and all there is- is green tea or tea with no milk - is annoying and shows lack of detail. In other high class hotels we stay at the maitre d' - gets to know what you want to drink, its been noted on day one ....and shows a certain standard of service. Its a great sign of a guest service when you sit down at breakfast and they know the coffee you want or the particular juice you drink.Simple attention to detail. Also noted - when finishing our fruit at breakfast the plates and cutlery would be removed, but no new cutlery was replaced, so we would return with eggs and bacon and not have cutlery- this is BASIC service- and the two ladies who orchestrate breakfast should be more on the case, observing the guests needs and always being one step ahead. I have an absolute HATE for pre cooked eggs and just dont understand why a hotel of this calibre has sweaty scrambled eggs festering in a chaffing dish - there is simply NO excuse - it was explained to me that if all the guests wanted scrambled eggs all at the same time - they would not be able to keep up with it ... well unless ”The Scambled egg Appreciation Society” were in town , which would be highly unlikely - not only is it a waste of food , its also simply not very nice. And that fact the food is replenished every 20 mins , as I was told, is even worse. Cook to order and avoid waste. I dont understand why there is no menu for cooked items - which you can have .... Eggs Benedict etc ” all you have to do is ask ” said the MD - but if you dont know that they are on offer what would you ask ? We only found our about Eggs benny as we heard our neighbouring table order it. A token gesture of fruit or a little sweet bite is always a nice touch in the room. Towels - not very fluffy or luxurious All of the above are first world problems - I know - but after staying in many beautiful hotels its a comparison I am sharing to make this lovely hotel even better. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Schöne Gartenlandschaft mit mehreren Pools und ohne Problemen mit Liegen. Restaurant Mercado Night and Fisch sehr gut, aber zu teuer, Buffets sehr gut und günstig, wenn man sie für mehrere Male bucht. Fußweg zum Strand Duque Norte (nicht so überfüllt wie die Strände in Adeje) ca. 12 min. Schöner Blick von Balkon und Restaurant-Terrasse auf Meer und La Gomera. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, aber noch gut.

Das Frühstück ist voll, der Parkplatz kann an der Tür angehalten werden, sauber und ordentlich in der Nähe des Strandes, der einzige Fehler ist, dass das Wasser im Bad sehr kalt und sehr unangenehm ist ...
