Views were amazing, the room was old cabin vibes decor which I’m a fan of. A swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub are included with the stay. There is a outdoor pool and bar also but that wasn’t open during my stay. Downside, the reception is on the opposite side of the hotel to our room. 2 elevators and quite the walk to get to the reception. The pool receptionist seems to disappear a lot meaning you cannot exit as you have to trade your room key to get towels. If you’re not driving, expect to taxi everywhere as the hotel is just out of the city.

La ubicación un poco mala porque está en la carretera con curvas. Tiene el hotel en un sitio y spa y bar en otro edificio... para ir al spa tienes que ir mojado por la calle... La comida y el servicio bueniiisimo

We stayed for 7 nights and ABBA hotel siuts family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 5 and 3y old. We had a half board and absolutely loved it. Nice options for breakfast and there are 2 restaurants to choose for dinner where you have a table service - Italian and Menu restaurant. At Italian there different pastas and faccacias. Menu restaurant every night have a different menu for adults and good food selection for children. We tried twice italian and other five nights menu restaurant. Hotel also provide a free shuttle to the cabel and have a free storage for skis which was super handy. There are spa for extra cost but only 16y plus. So we find another Princess Hotel Spa where we could come with children between 2 and 6pm. 5-6pm are good option. The staff in the hotel is exceptional! They always help and super friendly and made us feel as part of ABBA family! We loved our stay and cannot wait to come here again next February half term. Excelente como cada año, todo perfecto y familiar, nos encanta estar como en casa y ser recibidos siempre bien en este hotel. Habitaciones limpias y limpio entorno. Ademas te pilla bien para bajar y subir a Andorra la Vella sin coger atascos

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.
