Wir waren hier 4 Nächte pro Woche untergebracht,das sehr große und komfortabele Apartment,Sie schläft sehr gut in den Betten,Es wird bemerkt, es gibt gute Bettwäsche,das sehr große Badezimmer,Es hat einen Balkon,zumindest in unserer Wohnung.Alles sehr gut mit Werkzeug ausgestattet Küche(auch wenn wir es nicht verwenden,jaja) und die Details einer Box mit Bailett und Speisensaft etc ... sehr gut! Und das Wichtigste ist, dass es IMPECABLE war!! Sowohl die Dusche als auch die Heizung gehen sehr gut,nicht wie in vielen anderen Orten, die wir ernsthafte Probleme mit der Wasserregulierung hatten ... Die Aufmerksamkeit der Besitzer ausgezeichnet und sehr vertraut. Die reichhaltigen Abendessen. Sie akzeptieren Haare in der Wohnung und auch wenn sie nicht in ihrem Restaurant, haben kein Problem, dass Sie sie dort allein lassen. Die hervorragende Lage, nahe den touristischen Orten und gleichzeitig weit vom Mogoillon entfernt! Gerade am Eingang von Arans,lassen Sie sich nicht betrügen, weil Sie auf der Straße sind,es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und mit sehr guter Aufmerksamkeit,ein Juwel zu entdecken! Die Eisenbahnstraße ist gerade vor. Danke, dass Sie unsere Ferien perfekt machen! Wir werden in unserem Fall eine sehr gute Erfahrung wiederholen!

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent avec un menu à 25 euros vraiment très bon chaque soir. Le spa est un vraiment un plus. J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour ce point supplémentaire. Dommage néanmoins qu’il ne soit pas indiqué clairement sur le site internet de l’hôtel que le spa ne soit pas compris ( 15 euros de plus par personne pour 1h sur réservation ..). Il faut aller dans la carte des massages pour découvrir que le spa est payant … Je l’ai donc découvert à mon arrivé à l’hôtel ! Sur 5 jours passé à l’hôtel je n’ai pas pu rajouter 2 pers*15 euros * 5 jours = 150 euros de spa sachant que nous étions en ½ pension..

Ich habe dieses xq Hotel aus den wenigen, die Hunde zulassen, und es ist auch in einer ruhigen und frischeren Gegend und ich liebe es, es im Internet zu sehen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit beeindruckenden Blicken in allen Ecken der Unterkunft. Ich war überrascht, dass ich nicht erwartet habe, dass ich eine Terrasse habe, wenn es regnet oder kalt und eine andere Außenfläche. Ich liebe das Zimmer mit Buhardilla, das für die Daddy gibt sehr intim, groß und sehr geräumig. Es war alles draußen : Gärten , Pool , Tennis , Barbacoa-Gebiet ....etc sehr vorsichtig und sauber , Sie haben Zugang zum Berg vor dem, was Sie machen können Routen und können Sie Ihren Hund frei zu Fuß , es ist ein Spaziergang !! Frühstück sehr gut. Die Aufmerksamkeit aller auch , da er aus dem Dorf zurückgezogen war , am Abend konnten wir um Abendessen bitten, um nicht zu bewegen von der Unterkunft ( da wir vor der Nacht nicht zu viel das Hotel-Essen gefallen) Als Negativpunkte : Essen und Abendessen , Superpreis : 20 Euro und kein Wasser kommt, das Brot ist ein Minipanehl. (Ich würde vor allem die ersten Gerichte ändern ) SpA-Zone: Wir bedauern, dass die Jacuzzis zu heiß waren, es war sehr teuer, Sie gingen rein, und jetzt möchten Sie sich noch mehr frisch machen, wenn es warm ist, denn es passiert nichts, aber Sie verbrannten. Ich weiß, dass das sofort gelöst wird. Das ganze Innengefüge der Anlage ist sehr alt, Sitzplätze und Möbel, die zumindest aus der Zeit meiner Großmutter 😜 waren. Da es vor kurzem von der Abba-Kette gefangen wurde, hoffe ich, dass Sie es berücksichtigen und ein wenig alles renovieren und Duschen setzen, die sicherer sind, ich versichere Ihnen, dass Sie mir mit dem Badeschild geben, das nicht mein ist (und das, was ich nicht habe), Ich habe ein Schmerz, das ich Ihnen nicht erzähle, dass dort Tausende Menschen im Jahr verbringen. Ich hoffe, ich kann mit euch zurückkehren, wenn meine Wirtschaft es mir erlaubt 🤗.

This is quite a big hotel with 10 floors, 3 of which are underground. Ground floor has the reception and quite a large bar area. The next 5 floors are guest rooms with the top floor housing the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The 1st floor downwards was where the restaurant and kitchens were situated, probably catered for around 200 people. The lower two floors the car parking area and the ski lockers. My room was on the 5th floor, served by two elevators. Room was large with plenty of storage space, a TV a mini Bar and desk. The Bathroom was large and actually had a bath as well as a shower along with the usual basin an wc. There were plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. The restaurant was a buffet style and there was plenty. Breakfast had the usual fare of cereal, fruits, meat and cheeses as well as your English cooked breakfast. Oddly though, you could have rice with your breakfast. Dinner was served between 7.30 and 10pm, very large choice and all freshly cooked, I was having 4 courses every night, every meal was excellent. A mention for the staff, every one of them were smiling, helpful and courteous and I thought very hardworking. After two days I didn't even have to order a drink in the bar as the barman knew what I was having and brought it to me, great service. The reception staff were all very good and very helpful when the need arose. I took advantage of the massage service, and although a bit more expensive than my local masseuse, It was very good and worth the money. The gondola was about 2 minutes walk from the hotel and took you right to the main ski area. Altogether, the hotel and town itself were excellent. The ski area is small to be fair but was great for beginners and intermediates . Black runs were closed when I was there.

currently here now. fantastic location and staff are very friendly at reception however that's about as good as it gets... very basic rooms no kettle or tea/ coffee making facilities, looks a little tired but overall the decor is ok. trying to find anything in the hotel is a maze you end up in the underground parking lot looking for ski lockers and spa facilities. was told spa facilities are on -2 which was not the case they are -1 and then down a few steps but cannot be accessed from the -2 parking lot.. if you stay at this hotel do not at all costs go to their spa facilities it costs an additional €10 per person for 1 hour the read up of it sounds amazing turkish baths, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna , no chidlren allowed relaxation... got there the lady on reception was not very friendly borderline rude she rolled her eyes at us when she asked if we had flip flops and swim cap to which the anwser was no (reception didnt tell us this on booking) so we got charged extra ti use theirs as you cannot go in without, the jacuzzi was like a Luke warm bath the jets not strong, the pool was like a paddling pool couldn't swim lengths, and it was freezing, the Turkish spa small room with plastic seating and dirty looking... and there was a young child in there spashing around in the pool...no changing rooms when we had got out the jacuzzi and asked where to get changed the women shook her head said no changing room... had to get changed into clothes wet and walk through the hotel... the food is mediocre good enough to get by but winning no awards.. their hot chocolate is incredible though I must admit! on a busy noisy road, there's 4 floors which have an open central area meaning it is very noisy with people walking through the hotel up until late. beds are not comfy 2 singles pushed together with 2single duvets. overall wouldn't stay here again

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Arkadaşlarımızın tavsiyesi üzerine gelmiştik iyikide gelmişiz yeşillikler içinde nefis bir tatil köyü sahil hafif taşlı ben kum sevmem o yüzden beni rahatsız etmedi odaları yenilenmiş gayet sade ve şık döşenmiş günlük temizligimiz çok güzel yapıldı yapan ekibi ve yöneticilerini tebrik ederim.Güler yüzlü samimi yardımsever harika bir ekip, havlular yeni ben pek otel tekstili kullanmam ama beyendim.animasyon iyiydi yemekler farklı bişey göremedim tatlıları beyenemedim. misafir ilişkileri sadece ruslar için var gibiler sordugunuza bile cevap alamıyorsunuz. servis ve içecek kalitesini beyendim servis personelide ilgiliydi genel olarak eylendik dinlendik her şey için teşekkürler.
