The only hotel I stay at in Andorra. Continues to offer a great location with a brilliant team. The breakfasts are superb, the pastries fresh and hot food cooked to order. The dining room in the evening just gets better with each visit. Only 10 minutes by car from the town.

La ubicación un poco mala porque está en la carretera con curvas. Tiene el hotel en un sitio y spa y bar en otro edificio... para ir al spa tienes que ir mojado por la calle... La comida y el servicio bueniiisimo

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

Ich weiß, dass eine Bewertung ausgewogen sein muss, und deshalb ist es wahrscheinlich am besten mit den positiven zu beginnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist spektakulär, der Pool ist angemessen und die Bodens sind gut gepflegt. Nach der Ankunft waren die Rezeption-Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem gibt es enorme Probleme mit dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist müde, mit einem leichten duftenden Geruch und Dekor in der Notwendigkeit einer Upgrade. Das Bett ist eine alte Holzzahl, die bessere Tage gesehen und schmelzt wie ein Piratengalon. Das Zimmer kocht heiß, ohne funktionale Luftsteuerung. Es ist bislang eine der schlimmsten Nächte meines Lebens Schlaf gewesen. Die Hauptsache, um zu vermeiden, ist das Restaurant. Zum Abendessen serviert die Küche einen großen Gesamtumfang von 5 Gerichten - 3 Starter und 2 Hände (Schweine und Lachs - Vegans sollten sich Glück nicht zu verpflegt werden). Zunächst hatte ich ein Focaccia, das im Wesentlichen ein dickes, ungeschmackloses Türstoppbrett der Art war, wie meine schlechte Grammatikschule, um uns still zu halten. Dies wurde in einer Schicht von fetthaltigen Käse-angrenzenden Stoffen abgedeckt und was generisch als „Ham“ bezeichnet werden könnte. Meine Frau hatte eine Ziege („Gott“ nach dem Menü, obwohl welche Art von freundlicher Gott hätte dieses Essen auf Seine Kinder noch zu sehen geboten) Käseparzelle. Die Parzelle wurde auch über eine Amazon Prime-Lieferung erhalten, die über die nächste Tür-Schleife gestartet wurde. Auf den Haupt, und das „Schwein“ war fette und unterkocht, serviert mit ein paar Stücken schlecht gebratener Kartoffel, die erschien, subliminal das Wort „entschuldigen“ zu schreien. Mein Frau’s Lachs war eine Beleidigung für ein Fisch’s Gedächtnis - schlank und unangekündigt, sorglos auf einige müde Lettsuce und ein paar Beetränke geworfen. Der Preis von 25 € pro Person hätte vernünftig sein können, wenn es der Betrag war, den wir bezahlt wurden, um es zu essen. Der lächerlichste Teil des Abends war der Service. Etwa 10 Wächter schwimmen um das Essenszimmer, eine Zahl, die hoch scheint, bis Sie begreifen, dass ein separates Teammitglied jede Aufgabe erfüllt. Trinken und Brot war eine Wächterin. Die Bestellung von Lebensmitteln war ein Betreuer. Die Lieferung des Starters war ein anderer Betreuer. Ein anderer Betreuer sammelte die Platten. Ein anderer brachte die Schneider zum Haupt. Ein anderer brachte den Haupt. Ein anderer in einem vollen Bombenentsorgungskleid brachte die Rechnung. Nach einiger Zeit wird es offensichtlich, dass es eine Strategie ist, die Verantwortung durch Kollektivisierung zu verringern - es ist wie ein philosophisches Konundrum - wenn ein Schlammgericht serviert wird, aber niemand hat es tatsächlich serviert, ist es wirklich passiert? Leider ist die Antwort ja, und ich habe noch zehn Stunden, um in diesem unerträglichen Inferno zu schlafen. An dieser Gelegenheit, anstatt „Gott“ Käse, vermute ich, dass sowohl das Essen als auch das Zimmer von dem anderen Mann geschaffen wurden...

What a brilliant hotel! When we first arrived I was worried as we went down for dinner and I found a hair in my soup and my friend found plastic in her dessert so not a good start, but after that hiccup it all was fine. The following morning our key card stopped working. A member of staff came up and had to dismantle the device on the door. The card still didn't work after this, so the staff moved us to a suite on the top floor :) we were very happy with the outcome, the suite was lovely! The food was delicious with plenty of choice everyday. Having half board really helped as we were out allday skiing. We'd set ourself up in the morning then put on comfy clothes on for the evening meal which was from 7pm. What I loved about this hotel was how close the gondola was to take you to the slopes. We took the lift down to the basement, walk up some stairs and it was right there, this was very helpful. The hotel had a spa as well, we went in one night and it 10 euros each. It had everything you needed to relax, I especially loved the jacuzzi We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back here again
