Very clean and staff nice and friendly. The room was small and the steps were hard to get luggage down.

The room was a bit bigger than a closet, beds sooo narrow that you have to sleep on your back or will fall! The front desk was friendly but this is not even a 2 star hotel. Reviews must have been done by their employees cause they are NOT true at all.

Convenient location, but overall the rooms were outdated. The walls are thin and I could hear the entire conversation from the room next door, even though they were speaking at mostly reasonable volumes and I was using a white noise app. Not ideal for light sleepers.

We arrived to the hotel after midnight, late check in wasn't a problem. Due to some works carried out in the hotel some parts of the hotel wasn't accessable and we had to use a side entrance to get to the room. The receptionist was friendly and showed us the way to the room. The room was clean, comfortable and I haven't noticed any problem with it.

This is a modest hotel. It was clean & quiet. I chose it for both the price (low) and the location (1 block from Hyde Park). We had a tiny room with 2 twin beds. This was perfectly satisfactory for us as we were NOT there to sit in our room! They did include breakfast but we never got down there as it was early. Perfect for someone needing to get to work or an appointment. Though they are in a prime location the room was very quiet. Even with our window open all night we were not disturbed. The man at the front desk was very helpful when I had questions & expedited arrangements to extend our stay. There are many pubs in walking distance, one directly across the street. An Italian restaurant on the block got a lot of business from us. Modest, clean, comfortable beds, excellent location. We walked a LOT but both Underground station & bus stops near by.

Lobby uninviting, cluttered. Baby pushchair permanent at the front desk. Room cleanliness could have been better.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. It feels like a run down hostel. Very disappointed as this was booked for my birthday. The rooms aren't even in the same building as the reception area - you have to go to a fire escape door around the corner to get to the rooms. They tried to put us in a basement room with no window. Asked to be moved only to get a room with huge windows that had a block of flats directly opposite with residents able to stare into our full room. It felt like a creepy hostel. Would have paid max £30 for a room like this rather than the £265 per night they charge. Do not stay here.

I love the staff! I felt at home and safe! Room was tiny but perfect for one small person such as myself. Very clean and had everything I needed. Great proximity to food and transportation! I definitely recommend this quaint hotel. Did I mention I love Katrina???? Jasmine at the front desk and Richard in security plus the others are so cool and friendly too! Manager himself is also friendly!
