Das Hotel ist super super schön angelegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden von Lis empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Das war ein Traum! Sie ist genau wie alle anderen super lieb und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Essen im Restaurant ebenso wie unsere tolle Servicekraft sind genau so großartig.

Sehr nettes Hotel in Chivay (Colca Valley) mit sehr freundlichen Personal und angenehmem Ambiente. Zimmer sehr geräumig, im „Hüttenstil“. Gemütliche Bar mit netter Ausstattung. Gutes Restaurant mit reichhaltigem Frühstück.

My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and only stayed here one night but we wished it was more! The hotel sits on beautiful grounds and is very romantic and charming. When we arrived, the staff had set up a surprise honeymoon treat for us in our room, complete with a nice note, which was so special! The staff were so warm and kind and we felt very welcomed. The room was large and very comfortable. My husband woke up early to bird watch and was able to see a lot of bird varieties just on the grounds! We were able to walk to the city center within 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious! We definitely will return.

This has got to be the worse hotel experience I have had in my life. I honestly do not know where to begin, something that really stuck out was when I vocalized that we had no water pressure in our room to a staff member and he told me he was going to tell his co workers , I expected that someone would call my room or knock on my door within the next hour at the most . I did not hear back at all ……this place was recommended by many people as it’s a popular chain , really disappointed and when I told people my experience they were shocked and horrified

If you want to take your shower with cold water let’s go you will be at the right place Plus it is far from the plaza central so if you want to have dinner near the central place and you need to walk there after the sun down myself I would not like it at all

EXCELENTE SERVICIO NOELI, PAOLA Y ELI super buenas anfitrionas. Fuimos a una despedida de soltera y nos ayudaron con todo, con cada detalle para la novia. Además olvide mi cargador y me ayudaron a enviármelo a Arequipa ciudad. Asimismo, las mantas eléctricas son deliciosas hacen que no tengas nada de frío por la noche Como oportunidades de mejora, los panqueques del desayuno no estaban muy ricos. Pero SUPER recomendado!!

Casa Andina is a charming hotel a few minutes walk from the town square. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying overnight in Chivay (we stayed two nights) instead of trying to visit Colca Canyon on a day trip from Arequipa.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s heating in the bedrooms which is great given that is gets very cold at night in Chivay. The hotel also offers the best customer service. Noeli at reception is amazing. She was extremely attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant is also great, so it’s worth eating there.

As a family, we stayed for one week. The staff were SO nice and always helpful. The accommodations were clean and all we needed. The food and beverage as well as the servers were excellent. I definitely recommend Casa Andina in Chivay, Peru.
