Breakfast is a buffet (in the middle of a pandemic) and people serve themselves freely. The attendant was wearing her mask under her chin and systematically replaces the service utensils (without gloves) after each customer (the utensils are therefore handled by everyone and freely – without disinfection). The food is in the open air and the children walk around without masks and touch everything. I did discuss the subject with the owner and he did not give a damn. In the evening, we had dinner at the Hacienda – lousy service, lousy food and a ridiculously expensive bill ($125USD). The salmon had the same texture as a concrete - waitress says she was sorry about that and did not offer to replace it. In the kitchen, wearing a mask seems optional. Definitely a place that I do not recommend at all.

El hotel está ubicado en un entorno hermoso, las habitaciones bonitas y el personal muy amable..pero no está a la altura del precio: las habitaciones están a unos 800 mt de la recepción/restaurante/desayunador, que hay que recorrer caminando a través de un sendero en el monte ( imposible de noche o si llueve o hace frío), recién encienden la calefacción a las 11 de la noche (hace 6° ahora), la habitación es muy pequeña y no tiene ni mesita, no hay lugar en el baño para las cosas de tocador, y la conexión a internet es mala e intermitente . Todos problemas que no son aceptables para un hotel de este precio

Estuvimos solo dos noches. Llegamos tarde, llame al telefono de contacto, dos veces, nadie atiende ni devuelven la llamada. Cerrado por la entrada donde estaba nuestra habitación, sin indicaciones donde esta la recepción, al final debíamos ingresar por otro lodge. Desayuno buffet donde cada persona se atiende, osea todos tocabamos todo. Con pinzas, pero se tocaba, personal con mascarilla mal puesta, bajo la nariz. Noche de cena, pedimos salmón, el mio perfecto, el de mi esposo recocido, duro, no se lo comió. La mesera olvido el vino, fui a pedirle a la cocina, estaba sin mascarilla. Bueno, lugar muy lindo, bien decorado, caro, pero deficiente. Mi experiencia no fue buena.
