Clean and warm room for January. Simple check in and out. Hot water available for drinks only, no snacks or cup noodles. Breakfast at Haishan Yuan Restaurant is simple Chinese breakfast of rice porridge, fried noodles, mantou bread and vegetables and condiments, food was ok but not sure if suitable for fussy eaters, however generous serving. Offer of drop off to Alishan bus station is a great service, but would have been better if they offer a pickup service to go uphill to the hotel as well.

Das B&B ist nur ein 5-minute Aufwärtsgang vom Busbahnhof, was für einen soloreisenden wie ich auf dem Weg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln groß ist. Der kurze Aufstieg ist es wert, wenn Sie die spektakulären Blicke von Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang betrachten, die Sie am Platz bekommen. Die Eincheckung ist einfach und reibungslos. Der Gastgeber war auch genügend freundlich, mich beim Bus zu begrüßen. Das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, ist relativ klein, aber das Doppelbett ist fest und hat mir 3 Nächte, wenn es bequem ausruht. Es gibt keinen Tisch, aber der Wand- und Stühle-Niederzähler erlaubt mir, mein Ausmaß-Mahl zu haben. Das Badezimmer ist funktional und sauber. Der einzige Abstand ist der Lärm, den ich fühle, ist der Lärm anderer internationaler Reisende (die Deutschen und Englischen während meines Aufenthalts 12/27-12/29) die keine Beachtung für andere Gäste gezeigt haben, aber Ohrschneider lassen mich es austrocknen, wenn ich schlafe. Das Frühstück im Buffetstil ist alles lecker und reichhaltig. Der Eigentümer selbst macht für Sie frische Kaffee aus seinem Nespresso. Für das Abendessen habe ich sehr erschwingliche lokale Ausfahrtsnoddeln in einem Stab in der Nähe des Bushaltepunkts gekauft, und es gibt auch einen Komfortladen, wo ich Lebensmittel für meine nächsten Bergfahrt kaufen könnte. Der beste und wichtige Teil des Aufenthalts war die Foto- nahmen Möglichkeiten bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang, nicht vergessen die Katzen in ihrem „Katzenkafe“ außerhalb des Restaurants. Insgesamt, zum niedrigen Preis, ist es von hervorragendem Wert.

Die Lage ist gut, leichter Zugang zum Parkplatz, zum Bahnhof und zum Shuttle-Bushalte. Bushalte ist direkt hinter dem Hotel nach einer kurzen Treppe, bietet Sonnenaufgang und Star-Beobachtungspakete verfügbar. Kein pick-up-Service zwischen dem Transportstation und dem Besucherzentrum / Hotel, schwer für nicht fahrende Gäste mit großem Gepäck. Hotel bietet Sonnenaufgang (tataka) an der Türsteige. Front Desk hat keinen Patienten. Sie müssen ein bisschen zum Frühstück gehen und ist wirklich nicht schmecklich, bevorzugen 7-11. Alte Grundanlagen, aber hat Trinkwasserversorgung durch den Aufzug.

Im Süden des Hauses ist die Tür im Süden des Hauses im Gegenteil, die ganze Gebäude sind sehr gemütlich, der Raum im Zimmer ist ausreichend, der Lieblingsraum am Fenster, praktische Bequemlichkeit! Die Servicepersonal im Freizeitzentrum sind sehr freundlich und genügend, und das Backofen und das Frühstücksrestaurant sind gewöhnlich schlecht. Das Wanderrestaurant ist nur ein Frühstücksrestaurant und eine Hallbar, es ist nicht ausreichend. Aber es sollte sehr bequem sein, einen bequemen Shop zu haben, wenn Sie die Tüffel nur im Inneren haben, können Sie nicht gehen, aber es ist kaum ein Wind im Inneren, und die Isolierung ist sehr gut 👍🏼 Es ist nicht möglich, die externen Einrichtungen des Benutzers zu erleben, wenn Sie die Chance haben.

Alishan Indigo sollte das beste Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in Alishan sein. Wie andere Fünf-Sterne-Hotels bietet es seinen Gästen eine sehr komfortable Unterkunftsumgebung. Diesmal gingen wir zur Sleeping Moon Line in Alishan. Nach der Wanderung machten wir uns auf den Weg nach Indigo. Es war wirklich entspannend und reparierte die Müdigkeit beim Aufstieg auf den Berg. Die Matratze ist bequem, von mäßiger Härte, das Design des Zimmers ist exquisit und die Größe des Zimmers ist akzeptabel. Der Frühstücksteil ist relativ dürftig und die Auswahl nicht so gut wie in gewöhnlichen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, aber das kann man nicht bemängeln, schließlich liegt es am Berg und die Versorgung ist nicht so bequem wie in anderen Städten.

離阿里山森林遊樂區及阿將的家等景點開車都不遠，日出觀賞景點步行15分鐘即可抵達。工作人員親切有耐心，房間寬敞舒適，有獨立飲水機、小冰箱及冷暖空調，水壓非常足夠，床頭櫃稍有落塵及房內偶有小蚊蟲，但不會叮咬人；沒有電梯、早餐普通。整體來講下次還是會來住宿唷！

This is my first stay at this hotel but I love it. At the first sight, I didn’t think this is a hotel as it is packed with people enjoying their railroad bento boxes. In fact, it is a gem for many reasons. First, it is conveniently located on the “old street”, where souvenir shopping, train station and restaurants are all within walking distance. Secondly, the rooms are very unique. There are two wings for the hotel. Wing A has all the rooms in the Japanese style, even with the wooden bath tub, Japanese style bedding, tea table etc. The hotel is so environmental conscious that the interior design of the rooms use a lot of wood and bamboo. Though there is water boiler in the room, it is better to go to the front desk to get the boiling spring water to make tea. Thirdly, the hotel has complimentary tour guide services. The tour guide is a local lady who proudly lives in Fengqihu and knows the town in and out. I ventured out to see the forest, bamboo and firefly. In fact she also works as a volunteer at the local tourist information center. She really loves the nature and passionate to share stories while reminding us to appreciate but not destroy the beautiful nature. Fourthly, the hotel offers a lot of freebies such as a bento box as lunch, dinner in the basement and breakfast coupon from Seven Eleven on the 2nd Floor. It also has great Taiwan tea and fast internet. With all these, how don’t I fall in love with this hotel?

Absolutely incredible mountain view room (無憂時光) - like being in heaven! It's even better in person and difficult to capture just how magical it is since the mountain mist comes and goes like Chinese watercolor art... probably more dramatic than other sights you go out of your way to visit in the vicinity. The room itself is spacious and well appointed... washlet toilet too! There are 3 buildings, one for breakfast with panoramic views, one for regular rooms (十方) and the other one a level lower for unobstructed mountain view rooms (無憂) which cost a bit more but are well worth the money - can see the sunrise from the room's balcony! Alternatively, there's a viewing platform outside for everyone. Took the iconic 2.5-hr Alishan Train from Chiayi 嘉義 to Fenqihu 奮起湖 (book tickets online 2 weeks in advance at 6 am, pickup at 711) then it's 30 min by taxi (300 NTD) from Fenqihu or there's an infrequent bus 7322D which came really late 'cause of cherry blossom traffic. Can easily spend a couple of hours there, with trails and shops - check out 山嵐小築 for mountain-view patio tea/dessert. Staff very responsive via email, recommending a couple of drivers, one of whom we booked for 8 hours for 3000 NTD (+300/hr if over 8 hrs), including going to a local hotpot restaurant nearby they suggested with light and fresh ingredients 龍舞雲海阿里山現採高山蔬菜火鍋 (make sure you call to book in advance). Also managed to see Alishan National Forest Recreation Area 阿里山國家森林遊樂區 (200 NTD to enter)'s 姊妹潭 ponds and 神木 forest (well-known but not as spectacular as you might imagine) in addition to 石棹's 櫻之道 with bright pink sakura trees and beautiful tiered tea fields - all quite busy in the midst of cherry blossom season mid March. It's lovely but probably better to come a different time of the year to avoid the crowd if you've already experienced more densely planted clusters of cherry blossom trees in Japan and are less likely to find it that impressive. Transport a bit tricky without a car so do make arrangements ahead of time (an hour up to Alishan Station) although infrequent 台灣好行 buses stop nearby downhill at Xiding 隙頂, also going to High Speed Rail Chaiyi Station (taxi 1500 NTD). Trails within walking distance for sunset with tiered tea fields and sakura (隙頂二延平步道 100-min loop - helpful hand drawn map at reception... lots of steps but not too bad and totally worthwhile). Sunrise from 茶霧之道's gazebo 涼亭 20-min walk away was insane (part of the loop)! Restaurant onsite only serves breakfast from 7-9 am so make sure you make lunch/dinner arrangements - the first night we got railway bentos from Fenqihu. The nearest convenient store is Hi-Life 萊爾富 that's 750 m away, adjacent to the above mentioned hotpot restaurant.
