Das Hotel ist relativ klein, es gibt nicht viel Freizeitraum, keinen Fitnessraum und draußen gibt es keinen Platz zum Sitzen, Entspannen und Kaffeetrinken! Es gibt nur vier Liegen im Schwimmbad, was zu klein ist!

清邁最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。 環境，位置，設施都很好。很慶幸選擇了這裏，家人都很滿意，房間很大，出行非常方便，工作人員也很nice。 就是房間的那個毛巾架，拿毛巾的時候容易倒下來，應該把架子固定住。

非常滿意，之前是住旁邊的M5酒店，偶然看到KIRI發誓下次一定住這裏。天燈節期間入住，提前了一個多月訂都只是訂到了2晚，那就先住着吧！如果全程都能住這裏就好了！！環境真的一級棒，一定要住一樓，空間私密，價格合適

早餐差，食物選擇小，無特色，B200 / 1 位，原全不值， 酒店網站相片和實際酒店的大小有很大距離，第一晚房間有很多螞蟻，要換房，附近很多酒吧，不適宜喜歡寧靜的客人，整體 非常失望

I had a lovely stay at the KIRI Hotel. I'd recommend booking the Deluxe Room with a balcony as it was spacious and on the top floor. The hotel isn't very large so it was pretty peaceful and the staff were all very friendly. The room felt modern and had all of the amenities you'd need for a quick stay. It was also in a great location in the Old Town. You're steps away from countless restaurants and markets.

Our stay in Chang Mai was unbelievable. We got greeted as soon as turned up and was able to use the facilities whilst we waited for our room. Our room was the pool access room and it was gorgeous. You get chairs and table outside infront of the pool and it was so relaxing to have your own privacy with the pool to. The room was quite big and had everything you needed. The best part of the whole hotel is breakfast! Wow! The chef cooks fresh for you from a menu and it was the best breakfast we had in all of Thailand! You also get a buffet to of drinks, pastries, breads and yogurts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be back on our next visit!

Had a wonderful time staying in this hotel for 3 nights. It’s a chic little boutique four star hotel located in the old city, within walking distance to the Tha Pae gate. Managed to be checked in by 2pm with my room on the third floor facing the small soi (luckily my room didn’t face the pool). Room kept spotless and housekeeping did a splendid job making up my room. There is even an air purifier in the room which was a plus. Wifi was sadly weak. I could only watched my drama series in the wee hours of the morning when there is more bandwidth. TV worked well, channels crystal clear. Sunday night market is very near and is within walking distance. 7-11 is literally steps away which was so convenient. Staff never failed to say hi or greet when I passed by the lobby, they were all so friendly and warm. First time staying within the old city and it was convenient, with many things within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to return.

My mum & I stayed here in April and we absolutely loved this hotel, we wish we had stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful and clean, everywhere was spotless and smelt so nice! The staff are so friendly, always happy and helpful. In an excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants etc. Kiri Hotel is like a “boutique” hotel, which we loved as we aren’t keen on large (resort) hotels. Everything about this hotel is 10/10, we had no problems and have no complaints. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Chiang Mai, and definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.
