The staff are wonderful! Rooms are clean! Walking distance to night market, restaurants and town. Breakfast is included. Free WIFI, pool and air conditioning! Lobby was extremely clean. Someone was always cleaning! Front desk staff were very helpful!

Absolutely lovely hotel, probably one of the cleanest hotels I think I have ever stayed in! Everything was pristine. Breakfast was included, the selection was traditional Thai food or a selection of pastries and cereal, as well as fruit juice, tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from shops and night market, cafes and restaurants. Everyone we met was very friendly. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, it even has a small pool and sunbathing area. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Very clean hotel with giant beds, free drinking water and snacks 24/7 (watermelon and biscuits) and extremely friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Also very convenient location in walking distance to night markets. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in the city.

The hotel was fantastic, everywhere was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great. Staff were extremely helpful and I would not hesitate going back there again. The room was very comfortable and quite large. The pool was good although not huge.

We stayed 4 nights at On Tha Phae Chiang Mai in transit and our stay couldn't have been better. The hotel is brand new, therefore very modern and clean. The rooms are big enough and well equipped. As always, the bed is a matter of taste, we slept very well. The pool is small but perfectly adequate for cooling off. The entire staff is above average friendly and committed and very helpful. we have to mention especially Joe! his open and great nature is indescribable! he gave us so many tips and recommendations that even our short stay was a great experience. keep it up!

Hôtel idéalement placé entre le night bazar et le centre historique tout en restant au calme. Le personnel est à l’écoute et sympathique m, les chambres sont très belles et fidèles aux photos ! Petit déjeuner diversifié est très bon ! Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel avec nos deux adolescents. Situé dans une petite rue calme il reste proche des centres d’intérêts et nous a permis de rayonner à pied ou en taxi très facilement. La propreté des espaces est irréprochable. Les chambres standards ne sont pas très spacieuses mais offrent tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est confortable. L’hôtel est moderne et bien équipé (plusieurs gestes écolos sont à souligner : bouteilles recyclées, pas de plastique et chambres faites sur demande). La piscine est de petite taille (fidèle aux photos mises en ligne par l’hôtel) mais reste très agréable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Le personnel est adorable et bienveillant. Un service de lingerie est proposé (bien pratique !) pour 60 baths/kg. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Super hôtel ! Très propre avec une piscine . le personnel est très sympa et prévenant Très tranquille bien que à proximité de thapae gate, du night market ou autres lieux d intérêt . Tout se fait à pied . une laverie à 2 mètres . Parfait !Nous avions l habitude d aller dans un autre hôtel qui malheureusement a fermé comme bon nombre d hôtels à Chiangmai
