Poor hygiene, poor management, the staffs they are not friendly, helpful and not respect customers. I complained with the linens they didn’t change for my 11 nights stay. The staff said they don’t know it, they missed it. Actually I asked them to clean before. What kind of hotel it is? It’s an international brand hotel!!! The hotel gave me an unforgettable experience of my journey.

It was really poor, no phone in room for contacting customer service, TV had no good channels, the parking was originally £7 and it was stated £14 and had a discount code for £7 which was a gimmick, not entirely ugh staff to help with breakfast or checking out.
The room had nothing with Aircon, was faulty.

Not the best for the money. Air con out of order for the whole trip. Carpet stained, hair around the sink.

It is so good we stay here, after been pickup from heathrow airport, travel is not long, about just gone over one hour and 10mins, is not bad at all, is a half way which we going home, but decided stay in holiday inn, next morning can go shopping at the designer outlet Bicester Village.
The parking here is very easy, but is not free, otherwise i is 100% great! family room is big, one doubles bed and a sofa bed.

The Bicester Holiday Inn was very easy to find. The staff were very helpful and the hotel room was very spacious and clean. It had a big shower.
The bed was very comfortable.
The restaurant served food until late. I had the toasted cheese and onion sandwich which was very good.
The breakfast was very good too with plenty of vegetarian options.

The hotel offers a Excellent price with great value for money. The bedroom is cosy, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it suitable for both short visits and longer stays. I would happily stay here again.

If you are from South Asia you gonna treat different.
Room is not properly cleaned , marks on mat, leftover water in cattle.
Very far from Bicester outlet area you have to walk 1.2km to outlet then you need to walk for shopping then need to walk back from outlets which is again 1.2 km dark and scary.

Car park is charged at £12 but you get 50% off. This trend of charging for Car parks is annoying. The hallway was dirty and covered in food. The TV had poor reception and kept breaking up. The air conditioning stopped working. Bed too soft. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. It wouldn't take much to clean and fix things to make it a nice experience.

Stayed two nights for a friends wedding, good location for the reception outside Bicester, nice breakfast although had to wait on more coming out at times, clean and tidy

A man average 3 star hotel near to Bicester village.. I had stayed for a night so really didn’t have much time to explore the hotel amenities
