We were given room No. 6, which cost more than 1,300 yuan including breakfast. There was no standing shower in the bathroom. We could only take a shower in the bathtub with a shower head, which was very unaccustomed. I wonder if other rooms are like this?"

"Table for 3 pre booked but only a 2 place table had been reserved,given a more suitable size table in a back room but the surface of the table was very sticky .Removed items from starters (anchovies & gravalax)meant we didn’t have starters.No vegetarian option but told just the veggies from the roast dinner!!!After waiting 45minutes since our order & tables coming in later,served & nearly finished I had to ask where our 3meals were.Nobody had the good grace to come back to tell us the reason as to why we had been forgotten & our food finally turned up (no great impression,lack of vegetables with the roast,god help the vegetarians) Very poor experience after visiting for the last 3 years & would not recommend"
