Toller früher Check-in. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Knightsbridge und mehreren Buslinien entfernt. Harrods nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer sauber. Einrichtung etwas veraltet. Bett ein kleines Doppelbett, aber bequem. Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend zum Kühlen, wenn die Sonne direkt auf die Fenster scheint, die sich nicht öffnen lassen. Nur gut für Sightseeing, da es im Zimmer tagsüber unerträglich warm wurde. Frühstück teuer.

We requested slippers via phone, the front desk says they will deliver one, but turns out they didn’t, they we tried to call again and throughout the night no one took the call at all. Also the shower gel and shampoo were empty and again we couldnt seek help. The carpet doesnt look clean thats why we were so desperate for slippers and shower gel etc, Hugely disappointed, our 60 yrs old senior has no slippers and have to shower with hand wash gel!

A little too old amenities, location is good but all The stuff is a bit too old! Time to refurbish

Firstly hotel said no booking was booked, but I’m already prepaid for my stay, after few moments, hotel arranged so call “room” for me, but the interior condition way worse then what I was booked, doubt that even it was a saleable room, even without room key & no room number for this ‘room’ , somehow felt the hotel was overbooked, as the front desk staff accusing & blaming trip.com that they this booking was cancel, but in fact no one asked to cancel for this booking at all! This might happen to anyone, the service provider had the obligation to provide the relate service for those confirmed & paid guests! Just think twice before considering staying with this property!

For me everything good especially nearby Harrods Hall shopping mall 😁😁 and subway 🚇🚉 Easy for travel around I will back to stay here sure 😘🥰
