Check out process very slow and should be improve. The concierge a bit rude and lazy, as my room not ready upon arrival and i informed the bellboy to straight away to send my luggages once my room was ready. He refuse and asked me to keep at luggage room and collect once i back hotel. And i need to repeat 3 times that i prefer my luggages to send up as i will back late night. He showed unhappy face like i owe him money. The room was clean, comfortable bed with full amenities. Overall stay i give 6/10. Room aircond not cold enough.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Great stay 5 days 4 nights at this hotel. Good location with public transport. The parking is free. When i check how much the parking fee for 5 days and 4 nights is RM180.00 🥵🥵. Luckily its free for hotel’s guest. Great food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great luggage service for checkout.
Things that can be improved: It a bit dusty the room and lounge. Im allergic to dust and a its inconvenience to me. However room service did a great job for that, to vacuum the room while im out.
But overall its a great stay 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice spacious room. Great breakfast, variety menu. Somehow may improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, need extra work on the grimes and mildew in shower. Got stains on bath towels. I also prefer hand bidet.

Great Hotel! Very fancy, clean and well maintained. Room had soft carpets and bath tub in bathroom. TV channels were great with various movies. View was great from the room. Quiet and peaceful.

There are two things that I would like to highlight here; the door has no additional lock (not safe for female traveler) & i can see dust at some places. The bread spread was delish 😬
