My family and I had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn. The service was excellent , the food was great and amenities fantastic.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel a few times. Double rooms are quite small but well equipped. Friendly, helpful staff.

The Best Holiday inn I have stayed at. Staff are always friendly and polite. Despite a small current refurb everything is running smoothly. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are a brilliant bonus. Breakfast is of okay choice but needs to be improved 🤦‍♀️🙏♥️

this was probably the forth or fifth short stay we had in these three months with this hotel. the service was improving which we were glad to see. Courtney, the duty manager, was professional and willing to take care of our concerns. the night shift guy on the early morning of 25 Sept, Kanyarat, Annie and other front desk staff were nice and helpful. we would absolutely love to stay with this hotel if we visit Chatham again :)

Spacious room ,nice breakfast.parking was handy . Good value for money .

房間很大，乾淨整潔，安靜，服務好，幫送行李，幫叫出租車，早養好吃。房間超寬敞，分區，一個區有大床，睡覺用，旁邊有長沙發可談事，還有辦公桌，還有吃飯用桌，有咖啡機，有冰箱，冰箱內有免費飲料，非常貼心，建議大家選這家旅館。

床罩是破的，因為到酒店比較晚了，也不想投訴了，這種四星酒店怎麼評分的，還不及國內快捷酒店呢，希望評價是真實的

房間很小，早餐還是不錯，雖然不是很多種類，但是也齊全，就是房間小
