Weil wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht hatten, war das Zimmer im Keller. Dort hat es aber sehr komisch nach Rauch gerochen. Der Abzug war nur in Verbindung mit Licht, weswegen der Abzug nachts nicht angelassen werden konnte.

Hotel is quite central, walking distance from ciq, at night have to walk other way, the place is cosy enough for two paxs with those really vintage feel. Would go back again

Good hotel always book there for you and I thought you was going for a to meet you in the car park and I will be there see you tomorrow morning if you want

I stayed in room 003 for 2 nights and found out got few baby cockroach inside the room. The cleanliness of the room need to be improve. Otherwise is very convenient because near to eating place and mall.

Toilet floor tiles were slippery. Elderly please be cautious. Toilet sink not well maintained as the water flow is very slow. Mini fidge not cold at all. Can assess hot water at water dispenser outside room. Location is strategic for foodies.

Very basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.

Very convienient and cool. Also the hotel is nice. Suit for bringing friends or partner. The room is cute also and the staff is friendly.

Location strategic Near city square mall And hai di lao

Room was clean & cosy. Easy access and near to the city area. Nice place to stay and definitely will come again. The reception area comes with nice decor.

The location is really convenient to jb central,but there is no free parking,parking rm20/days..room quiet big,the cleanliness really need to improve,the toilet bowl got stains,the dust is everywhere..the bathroom got so many black stain..overall,still ok to stay for a short stay👌

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel CIQ, Jalan Terus. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Johor Bahru, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel facilities and in-room amenities were clean, simple, and just right. A solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in JB!

Easy to book, clean rooms, convenient location and reception was accommodating. Would stay again.

Requested for early check in but the reception say $10 MYR additional for every hour. Requested for higher floor but gave us B1 without window. Location & amenities are so so for the price you paid. There's a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel. Must try
