I was impressed by how clean the hotel was when we arrived. We were there before check-in time and therefore there was no one there so we have to whether call or add the hotel’s wechat to contact them, which could be a little complicated for foreigners with no wechat or someone who not speak Chinese but the admin was very helpful and replied very fast to all the questions. The toilet and bathroom were also clean and modern. The hotel is quite and the atmosphere is very nice. The location is just great. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here.

Highly recommend. located right beside the Paifang Street and inside the Ancient City. Staff is very friendly and helpful and room is tidy and comfortable. Will stay again for next visit.

It's in an excellent location in the old town. Very handy to public transport. We arrived earlier than the check in time and was allowed to leave our luggage there while we left for sight seeing.Room is tiny and generally clean.Window and door of the room are very close to the table and seats in the courtyard where the hotel guests sit to have cups of tea. Not ideal if you want more privacy. It's good for a short stay.

Will not recommend this homestay I don't see anybody at the reception during my 4 days stay very small room design of the bathroom and toilet bowl very bad after shower every where is flooded with water Bedsheets were not changed at all during my stay and bed wasn't made too

This homestay location is very close to the popular paifang street, just 50m along the side lane and onto the street. Most of the popular places to visit are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and new as the place is newly renovated. Rooms are cleaned everyday, only negative is the TV program . Only Xiaomi TV program available.

Value for money. Clean and beautiful.

民宿非常棒，老闆人很好，民宿位置特別好就在牌坊街邊，出門就是牌坊街可以逛吃逛吃，離廣濟橋走路不到10分鐘，晚上8點廣濟橋的燈光秀美侖美煥，特別適合自由行的人，民宿夜晚非常安靜，推薦！

民宿很乾凈衞生，房間數量不多，所以非常安靜，一點也不會被外邊熱鬧景象影響。位置就在景區內。出門就是小吃街。很方便。環境很好，空氣清新。一起床看到滿院子的綠植特別治癒。房間佈置也很温馨用品也很齊全。還有洗衣機特別方便。老闆態度很好。可以在院子裏喝喝茶聊聊天。這是一趟完美的旅行。

民宿位置就絕絕子！外是熱鬧的景區，裏是非常愜意安靜的院子。潮州各個景點集中在附近，步行就可以到達。民宿乾淨整潔舒適，床品質量很不錯，洗簌用品都用一次性。淋浴設備也很舒服，逛一整天能不能找到個好的民宿休息很重要。服務很周到，有問必答，老闆的推薦也超級對味實在，性價比超高，可以沖！

如果有負分我會給這家民宿負分!一分都不想給!!!!! 好好的來遊玩，最後一天中午12點30左右回民宿拿行李退房，被眼前一幕驚呆了，人生第一次被人“趕出”房間，民宿沒有經過我的允許私自進我房間動我行李，把我房間退了，行李被扔在門口（圖一），我當時懵了，在院子裏叫了二聲有木有人，沒人迴應，過了一會就看到一女的在對面房間打掃房間，合著前面就是故意不理我咯!?我跑去質問她，為什麼我人不在就動我的行李，這女的意思不是她動的，把責任推到客服身上!於是我回房間電話給攜程客服，跟客服反應這個問題，沒多久，前面那女的跑來叫我別投訴，説老闆要扣她工錢，承認行李箱是她私自動的，呵呵呵呵，這打臉打的也沒誰了。第一天入住的時候也是這女的，愛理不理的樣子，一進來就叫我付按金，錢倒是收的很快，換來的卻是找他們説理退按金在線客服沒人了，跟攜程電話打完才退我錢。 這家民宿管理太混亂了，把以為的強加在別人頭上，起碼先説一下最基本的道理都不懂，打掃房間那女的還可笑呢，説我沒有仔細閲讀他們的入住細則，12點要退房的，那細則也沒有寫12點不辦理退房就會把客人趕走，行李扔門口啊!!!如果貴重物品遺失了呢？! 姐妹們，要避雷啊，我訂的太晚，很多民宿都訂滿了，看中這家民宿的位置好，誰曉得碰到這種糟心事，下次還是得提早訂，選擇多。

民宿在古樸的巷內，小院佈滿花竹，幽靜雅緻。房間乾淨，物品齊全，雖然不大，但能滿足休息。唯有一點就是衞生間不能完全乾濕分離，馬桶上洗澡容易蹦上水。總之是挺好的民宿！
