這是我這些年出行最滿意的一個酒店！正面看海，一個大大的露台，有個桌子可以一邊看海一邊享用早餐和咖啡。酒店每天都會把早餐送到客房露台，非常貼心的照顧到我們觀景的心情！前台的大姐很好很熱情！讓人感覺到了家！

就在老城，臨近燈塔，酒店淋浴牆很舒適，房間裏貼心設定保險櫃，贊👍

Hervorragend geführtes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz am Wasser. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar keinen Balkon, ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das äußerst hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal konnte gar nicht genug für einen tun. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben ein modernes Bad. Würde einen erneuten Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlen. An unserem letzten Tag bekamen wir sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück, das köstlich war!!!

We stayed in June 2025 and fell in love with Chania. We will definitely return to the old town. The hotel staff at Belmondo were excellent and the hotel is perfectly situated overlooking harbour of the old town. Despite issues with our UK agent, the hotel staff went over and above to make sure our stay was a good one. Thank you Belmondo

Excellent hotel with a great view overlooking the harbour, the rooms were extremely comfortable and cleaned daily. Ours opened out to a lovely terrace which is where a beautiful breakfast is served daily between 8 and 10 on a call to reception. In the evening it's a fantastic place to sit and watch the buzz of the harbour which goes on into the early hours, and is silenced once you go into your room. The hotel is run by two people who couldn't be more helpful giving us both directions and suggestions. There are a few stairs being on the top floor but our luggage was carried up for us. We would definitely recommend a stay.

Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Town Chania tourist area, tons of shopping and restaurant. Old Town sits right on a beautiful harbor and no cars are allowed inside the area as all the streets are narrow with small shops and larger restaurants outside by the water. Rooms are spacious and clean. there is no parking and if you have a rental car you’ll need to park outside of Old Town and walk to the hotel with your luggage. We parked in Talos area which is on the edge of old town. We were there for three nights and you have to be patient depending on the time of day. The stay reminds me of the small nice city hotels in Italy. Don’t immediately go to the big restaurants by the harbor, talk a walk farther out in the alleys and there are really nice restaurants. Great stay!

Amazing old city location down a narrow alley off the main square. Everything in the old city is built out of ancient buildings and this hotel is no exception. The room is modern, though, and relaxing with good quiet AC, a great shower and a comfortable bed. The negative was our room lacked a view (though we knew that coming in). Other reviewers have written about this, but it bears repeating that they have no transportation to the hotel because you can’t drive in old city, so if you can avoid bringing heavy luggage with you, that is highly recommended. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel and two sets of stairs to get up to the rooms.

Beautiful place, the hotel staff had been incredibile nice and welcoming. The room was relaxing with a beautiiful terrace to have have private breakfast there. We would strongly recommend this amazing hotel to stay in Hania. Me and my hubby had been there for our 10th anniversary and it's a delightfull experience!

What a gem. Overlooking the harbor, the staff were particularly helpful and friendly (especially Dora Parmakeli) and informative. A different breakfast served individually either in your room or on the terrace. Very central to all the shops and restaurants who are close by.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old Venetian town of Chania so the location is perfect! Shops and harbour at your doorstep. The building is historically old and has been well cared for. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous! Antique architraves and stained glass ceilings added to the charm of the room. Beds were comfy and bathroom huge with a jet bathtub. Above all the staff were superb! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast brought to room each morning and was delicious. Usually Greek yoghurt, fruit, breads and condiments with eggs or pizza or toasted sandwich, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee - plenty! Wish we were able to stay longer! Thoroughly recommend! Will head back one day!

Hotel Belmondo rooms are absolutely beautiful, with harbour views that cannot be beat. Hotel staff are totally professional with strong customer service ethic. Our family vacation could not have been better with anyone else. Thank you Belmondo!
