It could use some updates but over an average place the cost

Surfing, breakfast, night life all good and within my budget 👌

Had a pleasant stay in January. Breakfast options were limited. Having the beach so close makes up for all issues. They have a heated pool that I did not use.

Everything I expected and was a nice experience

Very tired and well used. Staff not very pleasant upon arrival. Breakfast is out of a styrofoam container and small eating area. Beautiful beach and sunset made it more bearable.

Location is great, beach front for a reasonable price.

Some updated maintenance needs to be done

We loved that our room faced the ocean and the beach was beautiful

Hotel right on the beach, beautiful view and easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub area were overall nice. The room did look like it had been updated, but was half way cleaned. The sheets on 2 of the beds were clean, although one bed had a sheets, blanket and a very thin coverlet and the other just had sheets and coverlet. The pullout sofa was horrible, went to put clean sheets on it and looked in the ottoman to find the last families dirty sheets balled up in there! The worse is the roaches!!! Killed several the first day and then went to the store and bought bug spray. All staff we interacted with were unfriendly to down right rude! The room had no tissues, very little toilet paper and a few towels. Had to call for towels, several times a day, finally went to front desk and was told that we had already called and basically stop bugging them. I understand the world is understaffed and people are doing their best, but for the price of the hotel you think they could muster up a smile or at least not look miserable! I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone!

Everything was great except the breakfast! I'd definitely stay again! Pool, hot tub, and the view were amazing!
