Ascott Xiangjiang FFC in Changsha exceeded all expectations, offering a truly luxurious stay in the heart of the vibrant Xiangjiang district. The room was absolutely exceptional—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-tier service with a warm, welcoming attitude, and the amenities, from the well-equipped gym to the delicious breakfast options, were outstanding. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Changsha, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

It was an outstanding experience. The modern and elegant design of the hotel, combined with its prime location, made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered fantastic views of the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. A special mention goes to Tiffany, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally helpful. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference and enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Ascott Xiangjiang FFC Changsha to anyone visiting the city!

The overall quality is very good. However, there is a construction site nearby and keep working till mid-night and some noise (not serious) generated.

The room is big and clean. There is coffee machine and induction cooker.

The hotel accomodated my early check-in and late check-out request, even upgraded my room to a bigger one! Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Ascott if you travel to Changsha!

The building is new and near the river. We had the apartment which had a nice sized refrigerator and washing/dryer machine. All amenities were new, clean, and useful. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbor above us and in the hallway, and a lot of light seeped through the door at night. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and staff was very friendly and helpful.

房間寬敞舒適，風景很棒，可以看到湘江。酒店處在新城區比市中心安靜多了。交通便利，邊上就是四號線和商場。吃飯購物也方便。茶顏悦色也不用排隊。早餐菜品不多，味道可以，中規中矩吧。推薦入住。特別感謝前台湯喆和徐梓興兩位，有問必答，很有耐心。

國內我最愛的公寓式酒店 設施：非常齊全，洗衣機，烘乾機，洗碗機微波爐吐司機，烤箱樣樣齊全！ 衞生：很乾凈 環境：訂的家庭套房，有個蠻大的廳，餐桌也不小 服務：服務超好，辦理入住的湯喆，和續住的小彭都非常貼心，非常替顧客着想，入住體驗很棒 唯一要注意的是餐廳不能報太大期望，畢竟人家定位是酒店式的，房間裏廚房設備很齊全！

這次春節選擇入住長沙雅詩閣，真的是一次難忘的體驗。 春節期間本就是出行高峯期，人多忙碌，所以辦理入住的時候確實等了比較久，這一點剛開始讓我們心裏有點不太開心。不過，前台工作人員的表現真的讓我們刮目相看。當時我們預訂的房間出了點狀況，沒有及時準備好，但前台工作人員積極協調，迅速為我們想出瞭解決辦法，用一間一房一廳的房間給我們加了一張床，完美地解決了我們的住宿問題，他們處理特殊事件的速度和能力真的非常出色，讓我們從最初的不滿轉為了由衷的讚賞和感激。 再説房間，真的特別好。房間佈置得很温馨，裝修簡約高雅，衞生乾淨清爽。各種設施一應俱全，床品柔軟舒適，讓人感覺格外放鬆。而且房間空間寬敞，一家人住起來也不會覺得擁擠。從房間的窗户望出去，還能看到美麗的城市景色，為我們的春節之旅增添了不少樂趣。 總之，雖然在入住過程中遇到了一些小波折，但長沙雅詩閣的前台服務和房間品質都讓我們非常滿意，在這裏特別感謝給我們辦入住的小盛和小滿，還有給我們贈送小禮品和幫忙搬行李的jennifer和leo～下次來長沙，我們還會選擇這裏。

新年帶兩孩子到長沙玩，住兩晚雅詩閣。很驚喜房間很大，很乾凈，服務小姐姐也很好。要求拿浴缸套和拖鞋 馬桶墊都有準備，還可以洗衣服，每次都麻煩樓層管理員李小姐，實在不好意思，但是每次都有求必應，服務實在不愧為星級酒店。下次有機會在其他城市都會考慮雅詩閣。

這次選擇在長沙雅詩閣過除夕夜很開心，連住了兩個晚上，酒店管家Leo的服務很貼心很到位，設施很棒！多虧了酒店配備的廚房全套用品成功了製作了年夜飯，用的電器都是伊萊克斯品牌，上網查了下伊萊克斯的歷史，原來是來自北歐瑞典的百年家電品牌，品質很棒，電磁爐炒菜、微波爐蒸魚、洗碗機超級好用！下次還來！感謝！春節快樂！

過年期間入住雅詩閣公寓，房間寬敞明凈，乾淨。家電設施設備很全，每個房間都配備了洗烘一體機，對於出門旅遊的人非常友好！前台盛成辦入住的時候也非常熱情。退房的時候還給我們延遲到四點，非常好的酒店。
