Ich war hier am Eröffnungstag. Die Lage ist gut, aber die Ausstattung ist mittelmäßig. Es gab kein Wasser im Zimmer, also musste ich selbst zum Wasserserver gehen.

Neue Dekoration mit japanischem Flair

Very clean, new hotel located in Si Lom and despite being close to Patpong is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and staff are exceedingly helpful. Would stay again.

Japanese concept room with choices of Japanese meal. Located just next to Silom station, Patphong Night Market is only 2 minutes away. Lots of eateries surrounding the area. Great choices of local street food or chained restaurant.

This hotel was so great. Not too big not too small. Tv had access to Netflix and stuff, it was clean, there’s water bottles you can fill yourself, the reception desk is very welcoming and professional and fast. The main door guy is AMAZING AND HELPFUL. I forgot his name but he’s a legend… also the location is great and it’s close to a don don donki which is nice and also close to Silom soi 4… also it’s close to the BTS tooo

First, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken. After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.

My stay in Nishitetsu Hotel was very satisfying. The room was very clean. You can connect to NETFLIX on the television. There was a bathtub in the room where we could enjoy a warm bath. The breakfast was delicious. There were Western style food and Japanese style food to choose from. The waiters and waitresses were very nice and helpful. They helped us order freshly made egg dishes and noodles. One day we had a trip to Hua Hin in the early morning. And the hotel staff had helped us prepare for a breakfast box, so we could take away our breakfast on that day. The staff also helped us book a taxi beforehand, so we could start our journey on time in the early morning. The hotel is near BTS Sala Daeng Station and MRT Si Lom Station. It is very convenient in terms of transportation. Overall, this is the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok so far.

Great location. BTS station literally just outside the hotel. Surrounded by plenty of food places and entertainment. Staff are very friendly.

Perfect location - less than 3 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station. Tidiness - new room facilities and good hygiene. People - staffs are nice, and even one local staff could speak fluently Japanese. Impressed.

Excellent location with many eatery beside. Night market and shopping centre walking distance. Close to MRT.

The rooms are compact but perfectly equipped. A really comfortable stay. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast services all palettes , mine European and my friend being Vietnamese. Perfect location for everything expensive shopping and eye opening nightlife . Only negative and I am just picking at hairs , the gym room ok for cardio but was not great for free weights - it’s a nice gesture of a gym I would definitely stay there again !

The service was always friendly. The facilities are quite basic. I did not use the gym but visited anyway; it was clean and new. I find it useful that the Hotel has Washing Machines and Dryers for guests. However, guests must purchase tokens from the counter.
