Für Europäer ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. In Deutschland ist ein solches Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu finden.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, etabliertes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, sauberen, beeindruckenden Toilettenartikeln (Marke Appelles) und hervorragender Lage zu den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen. Changsha ist zwar ein Ort voller wunderbarer Speisen (mit Chili getränkter Fischkopf), aber nebenan gibt es einen McDonald (direkt nebenan). falls). Das Hotelpersonal war auch sehr höflich und sehr freundlich und gab uns eine kostenlose Tüte mit Leckereien (voller lokaler, berühmter Hunan-Snacks) und bei der Buchung über Trip.com wurde uns der berühmteste lokale Bubble-Tee Cha Yan Yue Se 茶颜悦色 kostenlos aufs Zimmer geliefert . Before our arrival the hotel staff called to confirm our stay. Thereafter they contacted via WeChat to ask if we needed any help, they recommended places to eat and sites to visit. They were super helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Although not the best value for money, it's a very clean and spacious hotel. The only negative I'd say would be noisy air-conditioning which makes it difficult to sleep and the view from the 21st floor (room 2122) wasn't good.
