Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Fengxian Bewertungen

Es ist ein Durcheinander. Die Matratzen im Zimmer sind zusammengebrochen und die Ausstattung ist alt. Die Dekoration begann vor 7 Uhr morgens. Ding Ling hämmerte und hämmerte, checkte aus und antwortete der Rezeption. Die Rezeption lächelte gespenstisch und die Renovierung des Musterzimmers im siebten Stock untertrieben. Mehr gibt es nicht. Aus diesem Grund schlug die Rezeption vor, dass Mitarbeiter wie dieses Hotel renoviert werden sollten? Die Erfahrung ist so schlecht, dass es ein Chaos ist.

Diesmal bin ich für 4 Tage auf Geschäftsreise. Da die Lage in der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatzes liegt, haben Freunde vor Ort dieses Hotel empfohlen. Der Hotelservice ist im Allgemeinen sehr gut! Nicht nur die Qualität des Frühstücks ist stabil, sondern auch die Serviceeinstellung der Kellner ist auch gut. Meine Kollegen und ich sind voll des Lobes! Da ich aber bei der Zimmerbuchung den Unterschied zwischen altem und neuem Block nicht kannte, habe ich es versäumt, den alten Block (C-Block) zu buchen! Die Ausstattung und Dekoration sind zu alt, was am wenigsten ideal an dem Hotel ist! Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich dieses Zimmer auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Für ein Hotel müssen wir natürlich zuerst einen neuen Sitzplatz finden.

Cool location and nice room with a bathtub 🤌

My second time staying at this hotel and yet another wonderful, comfortable experience! The room was big, bed was super comfortable. It's also equipped with a beautiful bathroom that has a lovely sized bath tub. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet which is well worth it. A nice variety of food, fruits and breads. They also provided free shuttle service to and from the MXGP track which was super helpful and convenient. Really enjoy staying at this hotel and I enjoy the peaceful feeling I get when I visit Fengxian. A cute, quaint little town.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fengxian, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and modern design. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing environment after a long day. Service: The staff was consistently professional and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and any requests I made were handled promptly. While not everyone spoke fluent English, they were eager to assist and always did so with a positive attitude. Dining: Breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. I found the variety and quality to be above average for a business hotel. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured the dining area remained clean and well-stocked throughout service. Facilities: The gym and public areas were clean and modern. I didn’t get a chance to use the meeting rooms, but they looked well-equipped. The hotel also had a calm, business-friendly atmosphere that made it ideal for both work and rest. Location: Situated in Fengxian, it’s a bit outside central Shanghai, but perfect if you have business in the area. It’s relatively easy to access via Didi or taxi. The nearby surroundings are quiet and safe, with a few local restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Overall: A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and consistency in Fengxian. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a dependable Marriott experience outside the city center.

Standard for business traveler

Good and clean hotel

This is opulent and decadent. There is a special events room, restaurant, pool, spa and sauna, and best for me was the bathtub (and shower) in the room. Because of the tub, I didn't even go to the pool. I had room service, and they didn't speak English, but came to my room to take my order in person. I had a burger, fries and Caesar salad and a beer. It was very good. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was expansive and amazing, plus juices and coffee. I was able to try so many things. There were choices if you wanted Continental, but Chinese things as well. I liked it and had an amazing night's sleep. I only have pictures of the tub and my breakfast. I would stay again. Also, I went off in the Didi and returned and it was easy to come and go.

Hotel is Fine, breakfast is wonderful, but It is Smoke tolerant. Neverthrless the hotel says its Smoke free, It is not true. You Can Fell cigarrete Smoke on ALL hotel áreas, including inside the Room through hvac system. I complained , but staff did nothing. No fines to smokers, not even a request to stop smoking.

I had an unpleasant experience checking in as the aircon wasn't working in the rooms. I changed 3 rooms till I was given one that was fine. Yet, I had to request a fan as the aircon wasn't fantastically cold. I stayed in another hotel in Shanghai and it was brilliant. The room was made ready for us before check-in. I guess it's a Mariott thing. We stayed in another Mariott property in Zibo and they too had aircon issues. :( Otherwise, the staff were friendly and tried their best to understand you and overall I would say that it was fine. They have an Indian menu and the food was prepared by a Chinese chef. Not bad. The location was great as there were many shops nearby.
