Wir verbrachten hier nur eine Nacht, aber es war eine wirklich erinnerelige Nacht. Wir blieben im neuen Teil des Hotels, in den Zimmern im Chalet, wo der Spa und der Pool liegen. Die Grundstücke fühlten sich sehr privat, schöne Blumen und Kräutergarten.. Schöne Orte im Garten zu sitzen, das Personal ist groß (Dank Miguel und alle anderen) ... Wir essen im gastronomischen Restaurant. Ich war etwas Angst vor der Rechnung, ... aber nicht zu schlecht. Sie haben auch ein anderes großes Restaurant mit lokalen Gerichten. Das gastronomische Restaurant ist es wert. Es ist wirklich nett, das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und das Essen war wirklich erstaunlich. Startend aus den Tomaten. Kann Zimmerservice für Frühstück bestellen, die auf einem schönen Tafel ... große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon. Sie können frühzeitig ankommen und das Spa nutzen und auschecken und das Spa nutzen. Es ist nicht der größte Spa (wir haben nur die Sauna/Dampfraum/ arme ... versucht und keine Behandlungen erhalten), aber es ist schön eine Entspannung. Ich empfehle diesen Ort und freue mich auf wieder in naher Zukunft. Es ist auch sehr nahe der Stadt, so in 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind Sie auf dem ***** in Chamonix. Sie haben elektrische Fahrräder, die Sie verwenden können, und Parkplatz .... Laufbahnen .............

I booked this charming chalet boutique hotel through my bank as they have a cashback offer on hotel stays and this was one of the hotels in Chamonix that had availability, was open during summer and had parking onsite. We went their with my friends last August to escape the provençal heat and we booked a Family room. Normally the family room is for 2 adults and 2 kids so we called them up to confirm if it is ok to room 4 adults. We had to call twice as they had customers checking out but the lady who assisted us was very nice and helpful and told us that it was not a problem. I am not sure if this is just because it was summer and normally a low season for them or if this is their actually policy, so double check first with them. As indicated on the other tripadvisor reviews, this hotel is located beside the greens of the Chamonix golf club and is on the outskirts of Chamonix so you would either need a car or take public transport. This was not an issue for us as we came with our car and we preferred not to be right in the center where parking could be expensive and difficult. Upon arriving, the public parking outside the hotel was full so we asked the receptionnist to give us access to their private paid parking. Good thing that there were still some spots left as it was not a huge parking and could probably just fit less than 10 cars so I suggest that you try to book it in advance before your stay, especially if you are going there during the peak season. The lobby and reception area had a warm ambiance and exuded a homey charm. The receptionnist was very friendly and patient, very helpful and had a smile on her face. She handed our keys eventhough we arrived a little early and told us about the spa and gave us information on how to get to the center by public transport which we really appreciated. The family room was located on the ground level and was spacious enough for a short stay. It was clean, functional, well maintained eventhough you can smell a bit of humidity in the air and had a spacious balcony overlooking the golf course. The room also had a spectacular view of Month Blanc. Unfortunately, the room had no airconditioning, but since we are near the mont blanc, it wasn't that warm especially if you opened the windows. Also, since the hotel is not near the center, it was peaceful and there was not much noise when you do open the windows. The room had all the amenities of a 3 star property and the beds and pillows were ok and were comfortable enough for a short stay. After leaving our luggages, we went out to go to the center of chamonix to catch the Montenvers train which led to the Mer de glace, the longest and largest valley glacier in France. We decided to leave the car and took a bus instead as the bus stop was around 5-8 minutes walk away from the hotel. Since we got back to the hotel late, unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi as it was already closed after dinner so we just went straight to our rooms and slep

The room was very nice and it was all perfect until it got cold Friday nite and we could not get the heat to work. We asked 4 times but only one of the people at the front desk could reset the control on the wall and that happened mid Saturday. The staff apologized repeatedly. The parking spaces were below the building and so we rode the free bus to town. The internet would not reconnect if you left the room for the day. We got emails a few days before, while we were still in the US, for precheckin phone number. We didn't get a French phone number until we were in France so we had to call the hotel from the US. I think most of the patrons here are from France so that precheckin works for them.

This hotel has so much potential with it’s beautiful Mountain View but unfortunately our one night stay on a 16 night journey was below par. The first thing we noticed, the people were not friendly. And even so we were given misinformation from the hotel staff on which train to get off on for Aigiulle and that we could store our luggage at train station (which we COULD NOT). Thankfully a nice lady at Aigiulle let us keep our luggage there. The location to the train station was nice but if we ever go back to Chamonix we will stay closer to the city center area. The rooms were okay (it was the smallest on our journey) beds weren’t too bed so that was good. Breakfast was okay but dinner was way over priced and the pork had so much fat I couldn’t eat it. The view was the best thing about this hotel.

Ich denke, in Shamony gibt es kein Hotel auf diesem Niveau zu diesem Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Drahtlose Netzwerk ist nicht unter Druck. Es ist etwas unkomfortabel, weil es weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und es keine Skigeschäfte in der Nähe gibt, die vermieten können. Aber es gibt kein Problem, weil der Busbahnhof nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt ist.
