Awesome location if you want to be at walking distance to Sto. Niño Kirche, Magellan's Cross, and Pier to take the ferry. No breakfast but McDonald's is just across the street. Parking is a pain. In unserem Aufenthalt für nur 2 Nächte hatten wir Probleme in den 2 Familienzimmern, die wir reserviert haben - Räume, verschlossene Tauchen, funktionelle AC und Fernsehgeräte, die Bilder so verwirrt wie das 1990s. Schaum und Drinageproblem scheinen so riesig zu sein, dass der Geruch dominierte Die Zimmer sind in allen Bereichen. Es war nur zu viel, dass die Güte des Hotelpersonals nicht mehr kompensieren konnte. Wenn Sie es im Austausch für die ideale Lage tolerieren können, dann können Sie dieses Hotel eine Chance geben.

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

Very well maintained room. Appreciated the complimentary snacks. Haven’t tried any amenities as we go to work and just rest after. The buffet and cocktails were so good, I thought I gained after our 5 days stay.

top hotel im herzen von cebu. liebes management, bitte investieren sie kleines geld, um die balkons mancher zimmer mit aschenbechern auszustatten, die kippen werden überall entsorgt, am meisten leiden die gewächse, deren kübel als ascher missbraucht werden. ansonsten war mein autenthalt wie gewöhnlich hervorragend.

Mir gefällt die Radisson Group sehr gut. Ich war drei Monate hintereinander in verschiedenen Ländern bei Radisson Cebu Radisson hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt neben einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum, es gibt eine Abkürzung, um schnell dorthin zu gelangen, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Kaufhäuser sind alle vorhanden. Der Sicherheitsdienst im Hotel ist sicher, das Personal ist höflich und rücksichtsvoll, das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig

Ich habe vor meinem Rückflug ins Ausland zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und meine Freundin war dabei. Ich kann nur sagen, mein Aufenthalt hier war wirklich perfekt!! Ich liebe die Lage, es war nur zwei Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt und das Frühstück war wirklich köstlich. Ich habe hier das beste Pancit gegessen. Nicht so viel Gemüse und Fleisch, aber der Geschmack war unvergleichlich, es war das Beste. Unser Zimmer wurde gereinigt, als wir vom Einkaufszentrum zurückkamen, und das weiß ich wirklich zu schätzen. Werde nächstes Mal wieder hier übernachten. 😊

Große Stadtblick. Zimmergröße ist über dem Durchschnitt bedeuten größere als andere Deluxe Seda Zimmer, die wir haben. Mixed resto ist mit einem großen Blick, aber es kann leicht zu voll und füllen dauert Zeit, insbesondere die Bacon. Es gibt direkten Zugang zum Mall, das ist eine gute Sache, aber es gibt noch nicht viel im Central Block Mall, aber die Grundstücke sind da. Es könnte 5 Sterne gewesen sein, wenn nicht für das Front Desk, das in der Mitte der Nacht 10:30 Uhr angerufen. Sie unterbrachen unser Schlaf wegen eines Fehlers. Wir schliefen, als sie gerufen hatten, zu fragen, ob wir mit dem Eisen und dem Brett getan sind, was wir vorher gefragt haben, aber abgelehnt, weil es nicht verfügbar war. Andererseits war es ein toller 2N/3D. Wir kommen zurück, wenn in der Stadt.
