We have visited this charming family run hotel several times and have never been disappointed. There's always something new. It's nice to see that they keep improving the already beautiful rooms and great service. You will appreciate the relaxation zone.

I was really happy with the fact that you are in close proximity of the best tourist attractions. Rooms could do a bit of appointment. Cleaning is the best. Linen is good smelling. Noises can disturb you.

Beautiful, cozy hotel of the 17th century, with a small number of rooms. Very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Comfortable mattresses and pillows promote good sleep. The owner of the hotel, Elizabeth and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfasts. From 4 pm, a snack awaits guests: fruit salad, tea, drinks, cakes, small sandwiches, very nice. Nice and new spa complex with a clean jacuzzi, two types of saunas, a relaxation room and a room for relieving back pain. Were very satisfied!! We'll be back again Mark

Hotel meraviglioso, c’ero già stata anni fa e mi lascia sempre senza parole. Personale disponibile e gentile, camere pulite e accoglienti. L’albergo è in pieno centro e dispone di parcheggio e un ottima spa (che consiglio). Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato nella suite con la famiglia ed il cane. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. La camera era pulita, elegante, profumata e molto bella anche da vedere. Letto comodissimo e ricco di cuscini, con molte finestre e piena di luce con un bellissimo terrazzino con una bella vista. Tutto molto curato, anche con prodotti per la cura del corpo forniti dall'albergo di ottima qualità. La colazione ricca, con moltissimi prodotti locali e veramente di qualità, come la merenda pomeridiana, piacevole e godibile soprattutto nel giardino dell'hotel, molto curato e con sedie, sdraio e poltrone e divani a disposizione degli ospiti per il loro relax. L'hotel ha una spa interna molto accogliente, fornita e nuovissima dove è veramente facile rilassarsi in famiglia, in quanto è a completa disposizione per il tempo prenotato con un costo esiguo. Gli animali possono muoversi tranquillamente nella struttura, la quale oltre ai cani ha altri animali domestici e non. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma a 200 metri dal centro di Cavalese e da un supermercato, mentre a 600 metri c'è la funivia del Cermis, per salire in quota, e a 300 metri c'è un bellissimo parco. La sensazione alla fine della vacanza è stata quella di aver soggiornato in un albergo familiare, accogliente e molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
