Sleep Inn Catania Rooms - Affittacamere

Orribile Place owned from very bad owners Who welcome guests in rude way .Never present for assistance .Also rooms are very damaged ,pavements broken ,shower glass water coming out from everywhere ,very noisy because Wall Is gypsum and you hear neighboors like inside your room ,not really clean at all .Simply disaster experience with the family.

Let's start with the good things 1st. The hotels communication was excellent! As soon as we booked we received an email clarifying the time we would be there to make sure we could check in properly. They also arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. They had a sign with my name and the whole bit. The cost was 40 euros for 4 people. The location of the hotel is 2nd to none! We were right in the center of everything. It was a 2 minute walk to the Cattedral di Sant Agata, Fontana dell Elefante, Fontana dell Amenano, and a bunch of restaurants. There was actually 2 restaurants right outside our front door, Pizza Concept 72 and IL Bell Antonio seafood. The other attractions are a 5 to 10 minute walk. It really was a superb location. The price was fair. It was about $82 for one night. Now for the not so good. The hotel is not very appealing the pictures online do it way more justice. I do love that is a very old building with Roman inspiration written all over it. However, it needs some rehab. A little rehab would go a long way. I thought it was an abandoned building upon entry. I was shocked when she told me they were booked up but I'm sure it was more for the location rather than the hotel itself. There are several keys for several doors. It's hard to figure out which goes where.The layout was strange in regards to where all the rooms were located. It was a bit of a labyrinth. The worst thing of all was the showers. I think with the old building there are possibly plumbing problems. Our shower drain was clogged and the water flooded into the while bathroom. My boyfriend had his clothes on the floor and they got soaking wet. We were sloshing around trying to clean it up with our dry off towels. They were completely soaked and we had to wring them out several times and the floor was still wet. My boyfriend's parents were in another room and their shower overflowed as well. If it weren't for the plumbing I would have given them more stars but from my experience 3 seems about right.

Nessuna professionalità e rispetto. Ho prenotato le camere fornendo anche la mia carta. Il giorno del mio arrivo a poche dall albergo, la struttura mi manda un messaggio e mi annulla la prenotazione, Senza chiamarmi o trovarmi una soluzione e non rispondendo al telefono. Assolutalemnte inaccettabile.

Ottima struttura ricettiva nel cuore di Catania, camere arredate con gusto e in maniera sofistica e sobria dotate di ogni confort (macchina del caffè inclusa) , pulizia ineccepibile e staff gentile e professionale. La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni della città’ ( Duomo /Cattedrale, mercato rionale la pescheria, via Etnea). Consiglio!

In poche parole unica nota buona zona super centrale . Calze bianche che diventano nere in 10 minuti, pavimenti rotti a terra , bagni che se fai una doccia acqua esce da tutte le parti. Pareti non insonorizzate , se hai vicini che parlano la fine sembra di dormire tutti assieme. DEVASTANTE .Personale completamente assente , poche volte visti e non cordiali .Tanta manutenzione da fare. Peccato davvero.

Ottima posizione in centro a Catania ma tutto il resto da dimenticare, pulizia delle camere scarsa, personale poco disponibile, colazione scarsa con voucher al bar, camera piccola e parcheggio in zona inesistente

B&B al centro di Catania, posizione strategica. Camere arredate in modo minimale. Personale gentile. Due punti da rivedere: insonorizzazione camere pessima dovuta alla scarsa qualità degli infissi (vedi foto), i rumori di auto e persone sono costanti, come se fossi in messo alla strada; pulizie stanza svolte mediocremente. Servizio deposito bagagli fino alle 13. Consiglierei questa soluzione perché molto centrale.

Inizio dai pro: è centralissimo a piedi comodissimo, la colazione è offerta in uno dei bar più buoni di Catania con tanta scelta e vicino alla struttura Contro: se siete con la macchina... per il parcheggio c'è da uscire pazzi e non poco. La pulizia andrebbe assolutamente migliorata! Ci siamo tolti le scarpe in stanza e in pochi minuti avevamo i calzini neri neri! Gli schizzi nello specchio del bagno dei precedenti visitatori, il calcare nella doccia regnava sovrano, c'erano addirittura due pasticcini ammuffiti nel frigo! Il condizionatore nn funzionava, anche qui per mancata pulizia, c'erano due centimetri di polvere sui filtri Un altro contro è che non c'è libertà di orario per fare il check-in, nel nostro caso si doveva arrinare o alle 13, o dalle 17 alle 18:30
