Schöne Villa Nr. 427 mit guter Einrichtung für Küche und Wohnzimmer. Ideal für 2 Personen.
Im Dezrmber leider keine Sonne mehr. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Golfplatz hat uns sehr gefallen und war in gutem Zustand. Gerne wieder 😉😁👍

Wollte nach dem Eislaufen M Kulm Ice Rink heute Nachmittag dort einen Cappuccio trinken. 10 Min. auf den caneriere gewartet, dann durfte ich gnadenhalber bestellen.... Nach wieteren 15 min. noch immer trocken - dann halt gegangen.... PS. Polstersessel schmuddelig

I cannot address the hotel as we only golfed. But in terms of a golf experience, Paolo was amazing to deal with. He was responsive by email and welcoming at the pro shop. The course was a lot of fun. The front nine is way stronger than the back, which has some blind shots and is tricky in parts - fun overall. But we stayed for many beers after and met a lot of people/members who chatted us up and gave us great advice (we are a Canadian group). We truly loved our day there. Paolo is very well-spoken and will treat you like he owns the place. Thanks to him and all the people at Castro Marim for giving my group an awesome golf experience and a fun day.

Whilst on holiday, myself & my girlfried took golfing lessons with Peter and what a game-changer! We learnt the essentials in no time and genuinely enjoyed every minute. If you're keen on upping your golf game or just getting started, look no further. Highly recommended - we'll be back next time we're in the Algarve!

Me, my wife and son have been introduced to golf by Peter and we are loving it. His insights and tips are extremally useful and the way the training is led is very friendly for adults and children. We've loved the experience and will take another opportunity to meet Peter next time we are in Castro Marim. I highly recommend Peter as an introduction and enhancement of skills in golf. Just back from our regular golf trip to Portugal ( Eastern Algarve). We played in Castro Marim Golf ( 3 x 9 hole courses) and must congratulate the team on fantastic greens ( despite the very high temp for May ) and general condition of the course . I made a mistake with the booking but Peter O' Connor sorted it in 5 mins. Put this place on your list *****

My husband and me come back to play at Castro Marim Golf Club since many years now. In recent years we have often struggled with the poor condition (especially) of the fairways. But since the Pro Peter O'Connor took over responsibility for the condition of the golf course, there has already been a clear positive trend: fairways and greens are in far better condition and the environment has also become much more well-kept. Keep it up! Now the toilets at Tee 1 of the Atlantic course should be renovated and some of the buggies should be replaced, some of which are in a miserable condition and the future can come! Despite all criticism, we would also like to expressly praise the friendly, helpul team on site! Andrea & Peter from Germany

We have been guests at Castro Marim Golf resort for many years. This year we see such an improvement in the general condition of the golf courses!! Peter O Connor (Golf Pro) is now responsible for the presentation of the courses and he has made a great difference. Keep up the great work Peter! We also would like to recommand Peter as an excellent golf pro!!

Had 2 rounds at Castro Marim. Good points - the villa was well equipped and spacious although the lounge area was poorly designed. Parking was also very tight. Nice clubhouse , good value food and drinks, friendly staff, Very quiet at night - not suited to younger groups. Buggy hire €30 recommended as quite a hilly course. Bad points - the course is a bit tired, especially the greens , bunkers, tee boxes and driving range. Fairways and rough not great. Could do with some new investment. Probably suited to more leisurely / high handicapper golfers as not that challenging, rather than serious golfers. Definitely need a car to get to and from the clubhouse. Our visit was ok but I doubt we would return.
