Don’t stay here. When you arrive you get presented with a list of things you have to pay for - including the swimming pool (£20 a day!!!), air conditioning (£10 a day!!!) and even the fridge! After waking up at 5am, having a long journey to get to the hotel including walking up a long, steep hill with no pavement, that was not the best way to be greeted. Rooms looked out onto a wall on one side or a big ugly derelict hotel on the other. Breakfast staff were rude, asking us to leave at 9.30 even though it was meant to continue till 10am. The croissants were the hotels only saving grace.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut mit dem Bus vom Flughafen erreichbar. Alle überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, gesamter Hotelbereich extrem sauber, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Preiswerter Shuttle zum Bahnhof wird angeboten. Schöner, gepflegter Pool mit genügend Liegen.

Hervorzuheben sind die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter die stets ein familiäres Umfeld vermitteln. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Umberto der Restaurantleiter organisierte uns sogar eines Abends ein kleines Ständchen und versüßte uns damit den Abend. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen das zwar etwas eng war, aber da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem. Der Service war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber.

Francesca und Francesco haben uns stets freundlich und zuvorkommend willkommen geheißen und waren außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns hilfreiche Informationen und Hinweise. Wir haben uns wie in einer Familie gefühlt mit Umberto, Orlando und allen anderen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten täglich ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, dass alle unsere Wünsche erfüllte. Unsere Tour mit den mietbaren E-Bikes nach Pompeii war ein super Erlebnis. Der Shuttle zur Station der Regionalbahn CIRCUMVESUVIANO war auch ein sehr angenehmer Service. Den Pool, der sehr schön gelegen ist, haben wir leider erst am Abreisetag für uns entdeckt. Das nächste Mal werden wir bei einem Cocktail die Sonne dort ausgiebig genießen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Es waren unvergesslich schöne Tage im Europa Hotel.

We had a weeks stay at this hotel and con honestly say it was amazing ! Francesco , his family and staff are wonderful and Go above and beyond! From immaculately clean rooms, amazing waiter and waitresses and staff at the bar and reception ( including the fantastic Lia ). Nothing was a problem, helpful advice for trips etc, excellent dinners and breakfast . We were sad to go home but will return . The hotel is uphill but we didn’t mind the walk back after a day out or you can arrange a taxi , thank you so much for a brilliant week !

He is a very nice and funny person and i really want to have another interaction with him. He was very social with our friens group and i really like him. And he even gave my friends free beers wich i really appreciate. The hotel was very nice and clean also and they even cleaned it when we were gone.

My family & I were already in Italy for a summer holiday based near/around Formia/Gaeta/Cassino, but had planned to visit Pompeii & Sorrento. We had stayed in Castellamare di Stabia a few years before, so we half knew the area. By chance, we came across the Europa Stabia Hotel and we're so glad we did. It's in an excellent location where we were only a 10min drive from Pompeii and a 25min train ride to Sorrento. The hotel is immaculate and is well maintained with secure parking (at a cost). If you're not familiar of the area, parking can be a bit hit and miss, plus the roads are a bit on the narrow side. The rooms were very clean and well kept had we a garden facing view which included a balcony. The grounds and the swimming pool areas are very well kept and it's well away from the main town traffic, so very idyllic. However, the best thing above all were the staff - Simona, Francesca, Mario, Michele, Rosario and owner Francesco. They couldn't make our stay more welcoming and were so helpful, no matter what time of the day it was. It made that small getaway even more enjoyable and memorable. If only more hotels had this kind of hospitality! We hope to stay with them again some day. Complimenti Francesco!!

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 10 days, it was a beautiful hotel with beautiful and well kept gardens, the owner and his family/staff were all lovely , friendly and very helpful, every day the owner went out of his way to come and talk to you to see everything was ok , I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again
