ein sehr sehr schönes Haus welches leider mit den Handlungen vom Personal zerstört wird! service sehr langsam, haben Chilliöl auf meine Hosen & Hemd ausgelehrt- bieten Reinigung an und am nächsten Tag weiss niemand etwas davon. traurig!

Wenn man abends in der Dunkelheit anreist, ist es schwierig die kleine Seitengasse zu finden, in der das Hotel liegt. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, aber über eine Tiefgarage, bei der EIn- und Ausfahrt hat unser Wagen hinten aufgesessen, es handelt sich um eine Standard-Limousine, nicht tiefergelegt. Die Reaktion des Personals war Schulterzucken. Zimmer sauber und ok. Restaurant mit Blick in den leider voll belegten Garten, wir konnten erst später draußen sitzen, abert dann war es herrlich ruhig und erfrischen. Essen gut, kleine Karte, viel Pizza, die jedoch sind Klasse für den, der auf schackhafte knusprige Böden steht. Englisch oder gar deutsch sprciht niemand. Wohl ausschließlich italinisches Klientel

Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Hotel was an oasis within a quirky pert of the city. Directions to it were hard to find, but hotel stay was very good for the price.

The rooms are outdated and air conditioning seems to not exist. Hotel pool and grounds are pretty. Hotel is hard to find. Breakfast is fine . Beds are terrible as well as the front end service. Look for other places in Caserta or just pass on Caserta as a whole.

The hotel appears to have a master control of the air condition system. They lock out the in room controls at night. Writing this at 3 am, from my 80 degree room. Complete disaster. If the hotel responds saying it was an overload or some other excuse don’t believe it.

Room was clean , comfortable, and had all amenities we needed . Air conditioner was initially working but turned off at some point in the middle of the night due to “system overload”. Still the room remained comfortable into the morning . Breakfast was great. Pool wasn’t working during our stay which was extremely disappointing as I had purposely chosen this hotel for the pool given the extreme heat. But it’s t looked nice outside ! Parking underground is a bonus!
