- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Im Dezember 2023 war ich mal wieder dienstlich im Kenzi Tower untergebracht. Das Hotel wird aktuell etwas modernisiert, was allerdings als Hotelgast ausgenommen das man gewisse Bereiche nicht besuchen konnte so nicht zu merken ist. Die Hotel Zimmer gibt es in verschiedenen Größen und sind aller recht groß. Aus allen Zimmern hat man einen super Blick über die ganze Stadt. Der Kenzi Tower ist eins der höchsten Gebäude der Stadt und es befindet sich im 28. Stock eine Skybar mit einem richtig geilen Rundblick. Die Skybar ist neben dem Wellnessbereich das Highlight des Kenzo Towers. In der Skybar sitze man Abend sehr gemütlich in einer Club ähnlichen Atmosphäre und einem DJ der dort abends Musik auflegt. Einzige Kritikpunkte ist das die Bar nicht ganz billig ist. Das Happy Hour Paket was es hoffentlich nach der Sanierung wieder gibt ist preislich mit knapp 30€ für 5 Bier und leckern Tapas dabei aber auch ok. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir immer wieder gerne hier, da es auch im Zentrum liegt und man auch ziemlich viel zu Fuß erreichen kann wie der Markt, die Moschee und das Meer. Unter dem Hotel direkt befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt wo man so gut wie alles bekommt. Für die die etwas Alkohol kaufen wollen was ja in Marokko nicht so einfach ist, gibt es in nur 500 Meter Entfernung ein Laden wo man alles bekommt was man benötigt. Ich freu mich schon wieder auf meinen nächsten Besuch und die neue Skybar.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Das Hotel Odyssee Center ist eine sehr solide Wahl. Es ist ein typisches Stadthotel. Ein hohes Aufstiegsgebäude. Nicht viel Charme, aber wenige Stadthotels tendieren zu sein. Zimmer sind gut groß. Queensize Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus irgendeinem Grund hatten wir nur ein Handtuch in unserem Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, das Badezimmer ist defekt, das Wasser fließt draußen, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es gibt Sandfisch, es ist gebraten, aber der Geschmack ist sehr gut, es gibt keinen Pool, das ist ein wenig unvollkommen im Hotel, der Service ist gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Schöne Kunstdeko-Elemente in der Architektur. Das Front Desk ließ uns großzügig am Mittag einchecken; ein großer Plus nach einem langen Flug und die Reise vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Gute Lage in Fußabstand vom zentralen Markt und dem Hafen. Diskotheken, Straßenbahnen und die Umgebung in der Nähe verursachen bis Mitternacht eine laute Umgebung. Die Flüge im Eingang lassen einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Das Bett ist akzeptabel, aber die Bänkküchen und Dekorationsbänder sind sehr schmutzig. Das Königsbett ist eigentlich zwei Doppelbetten zusammen gedrückt. Die Dusche leckt überall Wasser. Wir werden gesagt, dass das Wasser trinkbar ist, aber der Geschmack von Chlor ist sehr stark. Der Preis bei 385 MAD entspricht dem, was wir erhalten haben.

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

Es ist nur im Garten Hotel, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, elegant, sauber und sehr empfohlen für weibliche Reisende. Die Möbelklasse im Hotel ist auch sehr modisch und der Eindruck, dass der marokkanische Wind und der europäische Wind verwechselt sind. Auf dem Hof kann man täglich Blumen sehen, die aus dem Buch fallen, es ist genauso schön wie das Malen. Das Personal gab mir Blumen. Obwohl das Badezimmer relativ klein ist, gibt es einen Windschutzscheibe, eine kleine Schale, Haarwaschbecken, Schalen usw. Es ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Die Essensumgebung ist auch sehr elegant. Sehr romantisches Hotel, ich bin sehr zufrieden und mag es sehr. Wenn ich nächstes Mal nach Casablanca gehen kann, werde ich mich entscheiden.

Positive: While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were served with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccan tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station, Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby. Negative: We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, which were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.
