One of the best stays in Europe vacation.. view was stunning and enjoyed every bit of our time there.. breakfast spread was amazing and sparkling wine included was cherry on top.. highly recommended ..unfortunately pool was under renovation during our however no complaints since the weather was too cold to enjoy swimming pool

The view from the bar and from the outdoor pool is superb. The hotel is located on a cliff top with sweeping view of the sea.
The hotel staff are friendly and attentive.

Due to my flight delayed and rescheduled, I have prove that to hotel but hotel refused to cancel my booking, total 2 rooms and 4 nights, than I have to book another flight to the hotel, when I check-in at midnight, there’s no toothbrushes in our room, and even a fork, I used the’ online system’ to request all I need , I waited for 36 hours and re-submit what I need, still no response, poor service!!!!

We would like to inform you that your reservation was made through an online travel agency with a non-refundable rate. In this case any request for change or cancellation has to be made through the agency itself, always taking into consideration the hiring rate. Regarding the requests made through the hotel app, we had checked, thoroughly, in the database, and all requests made by your 2 rooms, were fulfilled by the housekeeping team. However, the only request that was made after midnight and had delay in response was the request on your arrival, which could easily have been solved by contacting the reception, which is open 24 hours a day. Anyhow, we regret to know that we were not able to meet your expectations, and remain at your entire disposal for further details. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - we went at a time where it was a little quieter but still sunny. They town is small and cute and during summer I’m sure there’s more entertainment. The staff in the beginning weren’t as welcoming but after that they were all very pleasant. We did mention it’s our anniversary but as this was in the beginning with staff that weren’t bothered nothing was done. Other staff were very very nice and always so helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the bar at night was also lovely.

Images on the rooms were displayed wrongly, I was led to believe that the room contains a bathtub but it didn’t. The check in staff was quite sarcastic with their remarks. Not to sure if it was due to our race/skin color.
Nice location, due to scenery. But breakfast staff was over loaded with guest and long queues.

This hotel was pure luxury for a very reasonable price, amazing views, free private use of the small spa (book in for a spot), amazing breakfast, amazing views, outdoor and indoor pools, perfect location to do the cliff walk and the boardwalk trail into town or a direct walk to Carvoeiro town in 5 minutes. Lovely rooms, well stocked. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa that was excellent.
