We would like to inform you that your reservation was made through an online travel agency with a non-refundable rate. In this case any request for change or cancellation has to be made through the agency itself, always taking into consideration the hiring rate. Regarding the requests made through the hotel app, we had checked, thoroughly, in the database, and all requests made by your 2 rooms, were fulfilled by the housekeeping team. However, the only request that was made after midnight and had delay in response was the request on your arrival, which could easily have been solved by contacting the reception, which is open 24 hours a day. Anyhow, we regret to know that we were not able to meet your expectations, and remain at your entire disposal for further details. We regret to know that your experience fell short of your expectations and for that, please accept our sincere apologies. In order to clarify, we have only one suite with a jacuzzi in the terrace which is called Premium Junior Suite Sea View and we pride ourselves about the way we treat our guests (with respect and a deep sense of service). Your comments about staff attitudes were a surprise and seems very unfair and not real. We never had such a comment about the interaction of our staff and our guests. However, your opinion is very important to us and was well noticed and valued. We will take in great concern all the points you have mentioned and will share your comments with our Team Members to join efforts and improve/grow in quality and consistency of our service.
