We rented a two bedroom apartment in Casa Morales. It was in a perfect area right on the edge of Getsemsní and old town. The security guards at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly and could be found at the reception by the main door 24/7. The unit was on the second floor and had beautiful, high windows and overall nice charm. It was somewhat dated with regard to bathroom and kitchen but still overall perfectly functional. I wasn’t happy that the pool was smaller than how it appears in the photos and looks like it could use a power wash. Overall, I would return because it ended up being a nice space for my family to be comfortable (vs squishing into a tiny hotel room) and was about a comparable price to the hotels we had been considering.

Palatial charm, fantastic art by Colombian artist Dario Morales throughout. Walked everywhere!! Terrific restaurants and cafes with fun character nearby. Noisy at night, but only in bedrooms that face the street.

I booked this aparthotel 5 months in advance for my family vacation. We were very excited to stay there. I was in communication with the property to arrange an airport transfer when all of the sudden, on the day before arrival, they said I had cancelled my reservation when I hadn't. Fortunately I had booked through ******* where I still had a confirmed reservation. A Spanish speaking representative called the hotel to say that the reservation was still in the ******* system and that I had not cancelled it. They no longer had any apartments available. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund from ******* and we found an Airbnb that meets our criteria, but I would recommend staying away from this hotel and company. I really did not enjoy the stress of not having a place to stay and wasting over an hour of my last day in Medellin on the phone with *******.

Great location right in the heart of Gatsemeni. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment came with a lot of necessities. Unfortunately there was some construction going on when we went so go t a bit loud at times. Had to remind staff to clean room but once reminded it was sorted promptly.

The property is in one of the best areas in Cartagena. There are plenty of beautiful sites and great restaurants in the area. The staff is helpful, responsive and lovely.
