Der Service war langsam, wenn es darum ging, Artikel zu bekommen. Sie waschen auch nicht täglich. Es war ein einfaches Hotel.

The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

Front desk staff friendly, valet parking staff too. Pool was huge, loved the ****** & beds were very comfortable. Loved the place. They have a ******

I would stay again with pleasure The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

Todo estaba muy bien, intalacion bien, tiene comida rapida cerca y un buen servicio.

The rooms are outdated, bathrooms had old dirty looking tubs and vanity was old and lots of wear and tear! Used the fold out couch which was uncomfortable and not steady. Some staff was polite but most were not pleasant or welcoming.

The staff were amazing the breakfast is good and the restaurants in the hotel have great selection of food.

Immediately we were welcomed by the friendly staff. We stay for three days and every day was great! Very close to the Isla Verde beach where they offered us free towels and beach chairs. Enjoyed the spa on site! The restaurant offered a variety of options which we appreciated. Also, the suite we had was very clean. Overall, I highly recommend and I will be returning!

Loved our stay, staff were all amazing, enjoyable the variety breakfast every morning and evening social hour. Rooms are spacious and kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again!

While we enjoyed our stay, we feel the room (carpet, bathtub, cabinets and furniture) are dated but worse, in bad shape. The property itself is nice (pool, breakfast area and evening reception) and so does the beach area guests can use, but as in any resort, inconsiderate guests hog all towels, chairs and umbrella. Given the $40/day resort fee is supposed to cover for those amenities, it fell short of expectations and should better be managed (time limit?). Breakfast and evening reception staff were incredible.

The hotel was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, shops, the highway, and the airport. We had a great stay!

The breakfast often had long waits to get fresh food/omelet (when available, it was closed one day of our stay) Buffet food was often cold. Coffee was good, options were OK. Dining area cleaning staff was friendly but slow.

The room was outdated and pretty worn. Room was not the cleanest. Would have liked to have had a nicer room for the rate we paid. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning that was included. The pool area was nice and the complimentary drinks at night were a plus. I would not pick this hotel to stay at again if I were to come back. But we did not spend a lot of time in our room as we were exploring beautiful Puerto Rico!
