Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, der Strand ist sehr gut, die Kokospalmen schillern und die Landschaft ist angenehm. Obwohl die Zimmer nicht groß sind, sind sie gut ausgestattet und einige sind verfügbar. Da ich flog, habe ich kein Frühstück gebucht, es war sehr nahe am Flughafen und es dauerte 8 Minuten, um Uber zu erreichen.

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. The facilities are new and nice, but the service is horrible! 1-The bathroom door was stuck, a situation I reported three times and no one ever came to fix it. 2- Two nights they did not clean my room, I had to make the bed and dry ourselves with wet towels. 3- I asked for toilet paper by phone at the reception at night and they did not bring it to me. My husband went down to get a roll and there was no one at the reception, so he had to go to the pharmacy to buy it. 4- The daily cleaning was not complete. They never vacuum the rug much less wash the bathroom or kitchen floors. We had to tread sand from the first day. 5- At the time of paying they did not deduct the $40 per day which is an extra fee for the use of the hotel facilities and cleaning. In my opinion, they should have deducted it for not cleaning my room for two days. 6- the pool was not clean. 7- The reception employees have an attitude and do not respond positively to the guests’ complaints, I think they do not even report it, based on the problems I had and they did not solve Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel at all! It was the worst hotel experience I have had in my life during all my travels. Estuvimos 9 noches en este hotel. Las instalaciones son nuevas y lindas, pero el servicio es horrible. 1-La puerta del bano estaba atascada, situacion que reporte tres veces y nunca vino alguien a arreglarla. 2- Dos noches no limpiaron mi habitacion, tuve que tender la cama y secarnos con toallas humedas. 3- Pedi papel higienico por telefono a la recepcion en la noche y no me lo trajeron. Mi esposo bajo a buscar un rollo y no habia nadie en recepcion, por lo que tuvo que ir a la farmacia a comprarlo. 4- La limpieza no es completa. Nunca aspiran el rug y menos lavan los pisos del bano ni de la cocina. Tuvimos que pisar arena desde el primer dia. 5- En el momento de pagar no me descontaron los $40 diarios el cual es un fee extra por el uso de las instalaciones del hotel y limpieza. En mi opinion deberian haberlo descontado por no haberme limpiado la habitacion durante dos dias. 6- la piscina no esta limpia. 7- Los empleados de recepcion tienen actitud y no responden positivamente a las quejas del huesped, creo que ni siquiera lo reportan, basandome en los problemas que tuve y no solucionaron Conclusion: No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto! La peor experiencia en hoteleria que he tenido en mi vida durante todos mis viajes.

Let me start off by saying, I was going to give the hotel a descent review. However, since they renege on giving our deposit hold back, explaining to my husband that wasn’t a hold on his card to get back, but a 3rd party charge. Even though, we was both at the check in desk and Grisala told us the $101 will be held until we check out and it will go back on our card depending on how long it takes our bank. Since we are a couple who don’t complain much and tends to go with the flow, we disregard the leaking air condition, the power outage, the cold water, lack of communication and rapid response. The only feature that stood out about the hotel was location and our partial view. In addition, the staff was welcoming and friendly when we did come across them. The young men on the beach who was in charge of the chairs and umbrellas was very accommodating. The young lady at the gate was pleasant and easygoing. The maintenance and cleaning staff were accommodating treating us like humans instead of foreign tourists. I fell like they should wait until they finish remodeling before they start accommodating guests! Just a recommendation.

Die erste Interaktion war gut, das Front Desk war sehr nett, geduldig und verständlich. Sobald ich eingecheckt wurde, ging ich in mein Zimmer, die Hallen schmelzen wie Moll und Rauch. Ich versuchte eine Dusche zu nehmen, es gab kleine Schmutzpartikel auf dem Duscheboden nicht sicher, was aus, wurde ausgegraben, so ich duschete auf einem Handtuch. Aus dem Dusche stieg ich bemerkte, dass die Schiebetür nicht geschlossen werden würde. Es kam aus den Hüften, so dass ich, wenn ich aus der Dusche kam und ich sie zurück in ihre richtige Position aufheben musste, oder die Tür nicht geschlossen würde. Erzählte von der Tür über diese Frage, da sie meinen Raum reparieren oder ändern würden, sie taten nichts. Tag 2, es gab die Kerlkranz im Badezimmer und in der Nähe des Kleiderschranks, erzählte der Frontdesk über diese Frage, nichts geändert wurde. Befragt Hausaufbewahrung für Handtücher und wartete 2 Tage, um diese Handtücher zu erhalten. Insgesamt 4 Tage geblieben. Nachdem ich es nach Hause gemacht habe, bemerkte ich, dass ich meine Denim-Jacke im Schrank vergessen habe. Anrufe Front Desk 3 Tage direkt um meine Jacke zu fragen und niemand hat etwas gefunden. Hausaufbewahrung ist unfair und gestohlen. Gesamterfahrung bei TRYP, 5/10.

The housekeepers are amazing! The place offered is what we needed. 2 large queen sized beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 Mounted TVs and 2 AC units. We stayed in Guest Room #10 and although it is a little outdated and there are no windows in the main bedroom, it still was a pleasant experience! Shower offered nice HOT water and great water pressure. There is a skyline window in the 2nd bedroom with a mini fridge and also a skyline window in the bathroom. Everything was clean. Walls were a little outdated with peeling paint and a few water marks but For the price and location, I will not complain. There was an outdoor shower on the 3rd floor roof to rinse the sand off and I believe there was another one on the first floor. The place is super cute with the hanging chairs outside of the rooms and the scenery is really nice. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and on a private street so no heavy traffic. Property is very safe and guest lounge is super cute and clean. The only thing I did not like was that nagging pelican noise that went on all night long. Not sure if that was a part of the whole ambiance but it is annoying as hell! Beds were super comfy!

The service was good.
