Unser Flug wurde abgebrochen.. CUN＞JFK.. 24 Stunden später. Dieses Hotel war so beherbergend. Obwohl es eine Menge Verwirrung und so chaotisch wie es war, erhielten wir immer noch einen freundlichen und cortexen Service. Unsere Party von 4 wurde 2 nebenzimmern gegeben. Angesichts der Lage... Wir fühlten uns sicher und komfortabel. Wir empfehlen den Taco-Spot um die Ecke... kann nicht verpassen - Al Pastor tacos direkt vor - bekommen die Arrachera (Bier) Tacos mit Käse - super lecker!! Am nächsten Tag, Mitarbeiter.. besonders Mateo - war unglaublich hilfreich und informativ! Er sicherte, dass wir gut umgesehen wurden!! Mateo war sehr hervorragendé! Muchas gracias con todo!

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

Es ist eine gute Hostel für einige Tage zu bleiben. freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Hervorragendes mexikanisches 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Restaurant ist gut, das Personal ist ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön versorgt und bestellt. Das Housekeeping ist großartig. Die Lage ist direkt an der Hauptstraße zum Cancun *****, aber auch in der Nähe der Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt. Das Parkhaus befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel, sehr praktisch, könnte aber in der Hochsaison voll sein. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, das Personal ist gut, die Ausstattung ist vollständig, der Service ist sehr menschlich und das Gesundheitsmanagement ist sehr gut. Es ist jedem zu empfehlen. Es lohnt sich!

For the rest of our stay, everything was great. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming. We were supposed to check out on 19th, Jan after 12:00 pm. But at the last minute, I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was going to the last hotel to pick up my lost items and got a taxi in the lobby. After I got in the car, the driver just went back to the patio again. And one of the doormen named Juan asked me to talk to the concierge because he was worried that I was trying to escape and sneak out. I was shocked when I heard he wanted me to talk with the front desk to explain why I need to leave the hotel. I double-checked his concerns with him. He said, “yes, I was worried that you would not come back”. I was then quite furious because I haven’t checked out yet. Besides, my luggage was still in my room. I asked him to let the office talk with me in person. After a few minutes, he just closed the door for me without any explanation or apology. Our credit card is still on the profile and there is no need for an “escape from the hotel”. I never had a similar experience while I stayed in other Hyatt hotels. After I came back and reported to one of the staff working there. She only gave me a perfunctory apology. I was so disappointed with the attitude of these two associates today. This is not the kind of service I expect from Hyatt Zilara.

Staying at the Royal Haciendas was such a pleasure. Our Concierge Joe treated us most kindly. My daughter and I enjoyed the suite we stayed in on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular. The food was tasty, especially the ribeye steak in the Los Murales restaurant. The staff was soo very friendly and courteous. They deserve every tip possible ! I especially enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool oh, yes and watching the waves from the LaPalapa restaurant where Oscar and Uriel served us very well. Room service was great too and so was our “ maid” Edith. I hope we get her again the next time we go. I relaxed this time versus attend all the activities and events so maybe more next time. Off to the Royal Sands, hopefully next 😬😬.

Wir haben letztes Wochenende 3 Nächte geblieben. Es ist ein spitzen sauberes, spankendes neues Hotel. Die gemeinsamen Bereiche sind gut gemacht und das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern. Edelstahlgeräte, Gerichte, Geschirr, Kaffee, alles schön eingerichtet. Ich weiß nicht, wie jemand, der eine Bewertung über dieses Hotel geschrieben hat, sich über die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals beschweren kann. Jede Person, mit der wir in diesem Hotel sprechen, von der Vorderseite bis zum Essensbereich bis zum Haushalter, war bei jeder Umdrehung unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich. Es war einer der Highlights des ganzen Ortes, so lassen Sie diese Karen’s Dummheit nicht. Die Dachpools waren sauber und nicht betrunken und wir hatten einen schönen Nachmittag fast privat in einer von ihnen für eine gute Stunde. Auch der Preis war nicht schlecht. Ich denke, ich habe für drei Nächte für ein Meerblick King-Size-Zimmer rund 250 Dollar bezahlt. Jetzt zu den Dingen, die nicht so groß waren: 1) Sie sind so weit von allem im Hotelbereich entfernt, dass Sie ein Taxi überall zu nehmen müssen. Das ist etwa $20-$25 jeden Weg. Es wird empfohlen, dort früh zu gehen, wenn Sie durch ihr Frühstück leiden müssen. 3) Es gibt keinen anderen Lebensmittelservice neben dem Frühstück. Sie reklamieren eine Dachsnackbar, Lounge, was haben Sie. Es gibt Zeichen dafür im ganzen Hotel. Während unserer gesamten Reise war es niemals offen. My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early.
