It was dingy, towels and sheets stained bathroom mirror worn so it was discolored. I couldn’t sleep because of all the noise from guest and workers. I didn’t feel safe because the grounds were dark and hallways not lit. The only good thing was it was across from the bus station.

Hotel ist alt entsprechend die Zimmer, eine Renovierung hat wohl nicht stattgefunden. Der Preis von 75€ ist sehr hoch. Auf den Bildern sieht es besser als in der Realität aus.

Don't trust the photos, the rooms smell bad with mould, the plumbing fixtures are hanging off, the pool is full of drinking/ drunk mexicans from midday and empty bottles/cans everywhere that sometimes get cleared in the morning.
Don't give them your credit or debit card, only pay cash, trust me.

We waited over an hour for them to find our reservation, our room smelled humid and the beds felt wet. I asked to be moved and at first they only wanted to change the sheets, finally moved to the room next door which was a little better. The restaurant had a lot of selection but a bad service, we waited close to an hour for 3 plates and about 40 min for our guacamole appetizer; there were about another 3 tables besides us. The location is great and the property has a lot of potential but it appears to be unkept.

My experience at Hotel Plaza Caribe was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness was evident throughout the premises. The rooms were plagued by horrible humidity, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The shower was infested with mold, and the towels provided were clearly used and unhygienic. It was, without a doubt, the grossest place I have ever stayed at. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Is very old and have a strong odor like chemical’s. I decided to live next day because it was affecting my allergies. Even though people at the hotel was nice the place needs some remodeling. I didn’t like it!
