Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy , pool and bar area are amazing and the staff are Brilliant especially Pablo 😀 👏 will be booking again , looking forward to our next stay here.The rooms are lovely and clean and a nice little balcony area to sit and drink .

Was not expecting this hotel to be as lovely as it was!! Had a Junior suite which was amazing ! Very spacious spotlessly clean very MODERN!! Lovely pool and lots of sun loungers , and the pool area wasn't slippery as many are . Our daughter was in a sea view Superior room which was just as lovely but not as big but again spotless and modern !They do have a lovely relaxing area inside which is again Modern and lovely if you just wanted to chill . Not sure about if they is a restaurant for evening meals I think it's only breakfast and snacks . As these are apartments it does give you the facility to cook ,but we chose to eat out lots of lovely restaurants nearby . Margarita the manager is absolutely lovely !! Thankyou again Margarita for all your kindness and help .You were amazing . Also the young pool manager was lovely never caught his name but very helpful and friendly Pool bar staff all friendly too . Really pleased I came here as I will definitely be back!! Not one for exploring different places tend to stick with what I know but so happy I did .Absolutely lovely hotel Margarita and staff doing a great job there !Excited to return .

Staff are excellent. Really friendly, can’t do enough for you. 💙 Location is perfect. Reasonably quiet with Magaluf a 10 min walk to the right & some karaoke bars 10 mins to the left if you want it. Ask for a pool/sea view rather than a street view!! Rooms are clean. Several lifts but also stairs. Luggage room available. Table tennis. Gym. Nice big pool. Second time here and we will come back! Special mention to Joseph, Paolo & the bar staff who are fantastic. The reception staff are wonderful also.

Very clean little apartments within a large complex. Microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots, pans and all cutlery etc in room. Hairdryer in room. Balcony a good size with hanging rail. Pool clean. Gym avaliable. Lifts all functional. Communal areas well presented and clean. Staff very pleasant.

We stayed at the Sol Lunamar for a 5 night break. This was my first visit to Palma Nova and I’m really pleased we chose this hotel, having read excellent reviews before we arrived. Hotel check in was easy and if you have booked direct you can download the Melia app which provides useful hotel info and your allocated room number. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities like shower gel, towels, hairdryer provided. There is a small kitchenette area, table and chairs, tv and balcony. The hotel is perfectly placed, with only a 2 minute walk out of a gate at the back of the hotel to get to the beaches, restaurants and bars. We were placed in room 311 which was next to reception and the guest complementary room. At times this meant it was noisy at all times of the day with guests checking in and out during the night and using the hairdryer at 3am! The pool area is clean and tidy, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and snacks and they are happy for you to have your own snacks around the pool (some hotels don’t like this but they didn’t not prevent this from happening) Overall I would stay at this hotel again should I return to Palma Nova. Overall the resort is a bit more expensive than other Spanish beach destinations I’ve been to but I also recognise everything is costing more and more!

Stayed last year for a short break with the wife, first holiday without the kids now they are grown up, and we loved it. Perfect location in the middle of everything and close to the beach(1 minute walk from the pool gate). Clean hotel and friendly staff nice chilled out pool area with it being adult only and the best air-con we have ever experienced. We have booked again for the end of May and can't wait to get back.

Excellent apartments in every way!! We went as a family group of 10 last summer - and we are going again this July! The apartments are so central to everything- a short walk (10 mins) to Magaluf for our teenagers and the bars of Palma nova for us! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the beach is a 5 min walk from the back gate! I would highly recommended this place!
