Castillo Beach Es hat nunmal 2 Sterne. Freundliches Personal. Das erste Appartement war feucht, starker Schimmelgeruch, Viele schwarze Schimmelflecke an der Badezimmerdecke. Wir bekamen auf Verlangen sofort ein neues Appartement. Hier reichte gutes Lüften nach längerer Abwesenheit. Mängel, wie defekter Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, fehlende Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Decken wurde umgehend behoben. Selbst ausfegen war mit vorhandenem Besen möglich. Das Sofa war durchgelegen. Das Bett OK. Das Appartement sonst OK. Mikrowelle, Backofen, zwei Herdplatten. Heißes Wasser durch außen angebrachten Boiler. Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig. Bei lauten Nachbarn und neben der Straße liegend an Oropax denken.i Frühstück für 6€ und Abendbüffet für 11€ pro Person nachbuchbar. Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar und gleichbleibend. Weißmehlbrötchen, Toastbrot, Cerealien, Pancakes, Bohnen, Spiegelei, Pilze, gekochtes Ei, Speck,also englisches Frühstück. Kaffee- und Safttautomat. Mikrowelle vorhanden. Das Abendessen nahmen wir nur einmal ein. (Die Getränkeautomaten waren wie beim Frühstück in Betrieb.) 1mal Fisch, 1mal Hühnchen, weicher Rosenkohl, 2 Kartoffenvariationen, Nudeln, Gemüsereis, panierte Scheibe aus Käse und Wurst (für mich nicht genießbar), Zum Dessert Dosengemüse, Apfelsine, Banane. Salat, pp. Für 11 € satt geworden. Der nahe gelegene Hyper Dino Supermarkt ist recht teuer. Der große Sparmarkt in Caletta bzw der Mercadona Rtg Flughafen bieten bessere Preise, und viel mehr Auswahl. Den Weg zum Busbahnhof kann man abkürzen, indem links auf der Straße vor den Häusern über die freie Fläche der Bahnhof bergab von der Rückseite betreten wird. Rechts ist der Zaun durchlässig. Über die Rezeption buchten wir einen Leihwagen, Fiat 500 für 54€ den Tag. (Panda für 48 € war ausgebucht.) Das Fahrzeug wurde zum Hotel gebracht. Den Schlüssel gab ich an der Rezeption abends ab. Vom Flughagen fährt die Linie 3 für 1,45€ incl Gepäck zum Busbahnhof in Caletta d F. Zum Hotel ist der Weg mit Rollenkoffer machbar. Eine Alternative zum gebuchten Transfer, vor allem wenn man, wie wir, 90 min auf die Abfahrt warten müssen.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das beste war der Spa-Bereich. Schöne Atmosphere, gutes Angebot und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, hätte aber im Badbereich besser geputzt werden können. Wir hatten 'all inclusive' gebucht, jedoch war nicht alles inklusive bzw man hatte nur eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken die es ohne Aufpreis gab. Man darf dann gerne das 'all inclusive Plus' extra buchen, dass steht aber auch nur im Zimmerschlüsselkärtchen drin. Die inclusiven Getränke sind sehr einfach und zB der Gin & Tonic war ungeniessbar, Wir haben oft den Aufpreis gezahlt um bessere Qualität bei den Getränken zu erhalten. Das Enttäuschendste war jedoch das Essen. Obwohl es natürlich jeden Tag etwas anderes auf dem Büffet gab, hatte man nach ein paar Tagen das Gefühl man isst immer das Gleiche, da sich das Angebot einfach sehr ähnelte. Das Essen war wenig gewürzt und somit fad und langweilig. Oft waren die Speisen auch nur lauwarm oder manchmal sogar kalt. Am letzten Abend sind wir dann sogar ausserhalb Essen gegangen.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Klasse. Wir (63/60) sind das 50. Mal in Caleta de Fuste, aber erst das 5. Mal im Broncemar, somit das 3. Mal nach der Modernisierung. Und, was sollen wir sagen: wir haben ein „Neues Zuhause“ an diesem bezaubernden Ort gefunden. Dies ist nicht nur allein den Vorzügen der Anlage geschuldet, sondern auch dem freundlichen Personal, allen voran der, aus Deutschland stammenden, Frau Stephanie Griebel (Rezeption), welche uns wie Freunde in ihrem Hause aufzunehmen vermochte, nichts unversucht lässt, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehmen wie möglich zu gestalten. Nach so vielen Malen unserer Aufenthalte auf der Insel stellen wir uns die Frage, warum wir überhaupt in den übrigen Hotels untergekommen sind. Danke Steffi Griebel, danke an das Team eines, in bester Lage liegenden Hotels, welches in Zukunft unserer ausschließliche Aufmerksamkeit erfahren darf. Wir sind nun wieder zu Hause und dieses Hotel hat es absolut verdient, eine sehr gute und positive Bewertung zu bekommen. Wir waren 4 Wochen lang, vom 5.1.2023 - 2.2.2023, zu Gast im Hotel und waren rundherum zufrieden und haben wunderschöne 4 Wochen erlebt. Meine Rezension ist auf jeden Fall aussagekräftiger als solche von Gästen, die nur kurze Zeit im Hotel sind. Wir haben einen sehr guten Einblick in dieses Hotel bekommen. Nach einer sehr freundlichen und deutschen Begrüßung durch Manu, haben wir unser Studio bezogen. Es war schön groß und sauber. Es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes alle 2 Tage geputzt, alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte geliefert, und der Müll wurde mitgeholt. Und das alles von sehr freundlichen Reinigungsdamen ! Unser Studio lag sehr ruhig , wir hatten Palmen vorm Fenster und Meerblick. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, es war hervorragend !!! Zum Frühstück gab es eine reichhaltige Auswahl , von verschiedenen Brötchen, Brotsorten über allerlei Müslizutaten, viele Obstsorten, Wurst, Käse, außerdem sehr leckeren Speck mit Eiern aller Art. Das Abendessen war jeden Abend ausgesprochen lecker, tageweise wurde gewechselt, von mexikanisch, asiatisch, spanisch, kanarisch, international, italienisch....die Auswahl war groß und alles wurde sauber dargeboten und angerichtet. Darauf wurde sehr viel Wert gelegt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Wir wurden immer freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Nach unseren ersten zwei Wochen wurden wir persönlich vom Hotelmanager angesprochen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist oder ob es irgend ein Problem gäbe. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und das Bemühen des Managers fanden wir großartig !!! Auch die nächsten zwei Wochen fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl.. Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Hotel verbracht und werden sicher wiederkommen. Es ist absolut zu empfehlen ! Wir hatten uns bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden und haben es zu keiner Zeit bereut. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, wir sind jeden Morgen von hier mit unserem Mietwagen gestartet und sind in den 4 Wochen insgesamt 2600 km gefahren.
