What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

My wife and I had a quick, 24-hour layover in Cairo and wanted to see the pyramids and sphinx and relax before a long trip home. The Four Seasons delivered in all possible ways. Concierge arranged to pick us up at the airport (flying in from Sharm El Sheikh) and then checked us in to our room, all before 9:30 am. We then had time to freshen up, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, and then meet our driver and tour guide for a trip to the sites. Our driver for the tour and also for the round trip to and from the airport was Mohsen Ahmed, and he was wonderful. Our tour guide, Ash Saad Saghloul, was also outstanding. Both gents took very good care of us, didn't rush at any point, and left any additional side trips (for shopping) completely up to us. Had us back to the hotel early in the afternoon so we could relax. We then had an early dinner at 8, which was as good as reviews have made it out to be (and, yes, we had dim sum and Chinese food overlooking the Nile as our farewell dinner to Egypt). Our room was very comfortable and the views of the Nile and the Pyramids from our balcony made it all feel very special. All said, it was a perfect 24 hours in Cairo and just what we wanted. Thanks to all at the Four Seasons for making that happen and making it so easy and comfortable.

Mehr als einen halben Monat, das ist das einzige Zimmer, das ich nicht verschwende, als ich aus dem Zimmer war. Nachdem wir geblieben waren, gingen wir sofort zum Museum aus. Es war spät zurück ins Zimmer, um sich zu entspannen, fand viele Haare gebrochen und fand, dass die Wand des Zimmers auch alle Haare waren, weiß, Golden, braun, und Nagelschutz!!!!!!! Ich rief den Manager an, sieh mal, ich rief den Kellner an, wenn wir das Gesicht schlagen, der Manager verschwunden ist, wir haben keine Behandlung und Erklärung, und das Schießen ist, das Haar im Badezimmer mit Wasser zu entfernen und zu trocknen!!!! Ich bin müde, ich habe keine Zeit, um zu warten. Ich will nicht mehr Beschwerden haben, ich will nur eine Nacht ausruhen. Wählen Sie sich selbst, alle kommen!

I wish I had found this hostel before two terrible tries with a filthy Airbnb and a small hotel with a scam artist receptionist. I’ll be back here. The rooftop location is cool and it has real hostel vibes with a guitar and area to hang out, which people do. Offers tours, which are a little overpriced but the convenience of them organizing everything so you can just relax is worth it. I mean, spending hours to find something $20 cheaper isn’t worth it to me. They’ll wash your clothes, hallelujah! I saw them helping a younger guy without a smart phone, to call Ubers for him so he wouldn’t get scammed by taxis … all around great experience with helpful staff.

Es ist schwer, in Worte zu setzen, wie speziell meine Zeit war Lotus Hotel. Als einzelner und erstmaliger Reisende nach Kairo war es der perfekte Ort, eine Woche zu bleiben, und zu verstehen, wie das tägliche Leben ist. Ich konnte so viele Orte gehen, als ich mich mit dem Rhythmus der Straßen vertraut fühlte (Dank Samir Fayek). Dieser Ort hat so viel Charakter und Wärme zu teilen, auch wenn es nicht ein ”Luxuriöses” Hotel ist. (Ich persönlich bin mehr daran interessiert, die Tiefe und eine Geschichte -- wenn Sie das suchen, finden Sie es hier. ) Ayman, Emad, Abeer, Ibrahim, und Adel (und andere, die ich weiß, dass ich vergessen bin, tut mir leid!) machte mich so willkommen und konnte nicht mehr gratulieren. Auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Ägypten, egal wo ich bin, werde ich aus meinem Weg zurück nach Lotus gehen und allen dort hallo sagen. Herr Wafik Doss (Eigentümer des Hotels) ist ein Geschirr und ein wahrer Profi in der Gastfreundschaft, und ich werde in Zukunft bei seinen Hotels bleiben, wenn ich wieder in Kairo bin. Herr Doss hat mich nett vorgestellt zu Mina und Samir Fayek (Experten für Tourenführer), dass ich sehr empfehle, wenn Sie bei Lotus oder Windor bleiben. (Sie arbeiten seit ~40 Jahren zusammen.) Wafik und die Fayek Tour Guides arbeiten aus ihren Herzen; ich hatte Glück, es zu erleben und werde für immer dankbar sein.

Der Ort ist ziemlich einfach, aber was es besonders für war die Lage ...its umgeben von Kaffeehäusern Restaurants und etc Leute, die dort arbeiten sind super freundlich. obwohl ich nicht erinnern Namen, aber der Haushalter ist nett.helpfull und Lachen das Mädchen an der Rezeption am Tag ist glücklich, den Mann am späten Abend Schrank zu helfen ist auch glücklich, empfehlen Sie Orte zu essen und geben mir gute Informationen
