À notre arrivée, bien avant l’heure, le réceptionniste nous a accueilli très gentiment nous a expliqué tout ce qui se passait dans cet hôtel. La chambre étant déjà prête, nous avons pu y accéder de suite. Nous avons reçu en cadeau deux entrées pour les bains de Charmey ce qui a été très apprécié. Le soir nous avons mangé un succulent repas à l’hôtel, servi par un garçon très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur de l’hôtel, excellent. Je ne peux que le recommander et je pense y retourner prochainement.

Das Hotel war sauber, preiswert, und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (Executive) war gross und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch das georgische Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel befindet sich an guter Lage mit vielen Parkplätzen und bietet sich als Ausgangslage an, um Gruyere oder andere Städtchen in der Umgebung, oder Bulle selber zu erkunden.

Guter Standard zu einem annehmbaren Preis! Sehr nettes Personal - vor allem am Empfang! Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt und auch nicht weit weg von der Autobahn. Sehr gut für einen Zwischenstopp geeignet. Die Stadt ist auch sehr schön und man kann auch gut dort ein paar Tage verbringen.

Very good hotel, with renovated wing of executive rooms. Executive rooms are very spacious, bed was very comfy. Breakfast is varied, personnel is very nice (they even gave a little gift to our kids). It is an amazing location to visit the area: we went to chocolate factory, gruyere baths, visited Bulle and also Fribourg. We have a car, so it was convenient. Parking is free at the hotel. They provided us with the free bath entrances and the city card (lots of discounts and free fondue!!)

This hotel is standard of best western chain but only something they might need to do is change pillows they all very soft hard to sleep , it’s good the room is big so can fit our luggages because we came to this town to send our daughter study so we do not know much hotel around then since it’s small town The food is good Japanese Sushi ,they have Thai food too but I think it’s too sweet since we are from Thailand so the food not taste according to us but anyway we enjoy Sushi more And one of the best in this hotel is friendly face from reception this girl do almost everything from my view we see her in f&b too and always willing to help guest ! I think if next time we are back to this hotel just because of Friendly Anderea The receptionists thank u for always understanding because we cannot speak French! We went again after 2 years and this time and they treat us good very friendly and beacause of Miss Edline she provided so nice for us

After a walk of about 1km from the train station, I arrived at the hotel. Check-in was efficient. I booked an "executive rooms". These are on the first floor on the next building (accessible though an internal footbridge). Some are giving on the street (it was the case on that last stay), some on the restaurant (the latter are nicer as they have a little balcony). Basic amenities were available in the bathroom, and the bed allowed me to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was decent, with a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. All in all, this hotel is practical and remains one of my choices when going to Bulle. But don't expect anything special.

We went back to Switerland after a couple of years and decided to book in the same hotel as the last time: Best Western Hotel Rallye in Bulle. The hotel is modern, efficient and clean. All the people that work there are kind and gentle and make you feel at home. It felt as if we were meeting old friends. The room, one of the "executive rooms", was more than we expected and it filled all our needs of work and study. A very nice place with very nice people.

Hôtel trouver par hasard en cherchant un hôtel vers gruyère. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. La chambre quoi qu’un peu petite reste très agréable. Les équipements sont de bonne qualité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est atypique, on s’attend pas à une carte Géorgienne quand on vient à Gruyère, mais c’était une bonne surprise.

Hotel bien situé proche du centre de Bulle. Nous étions en famille, à 11 et avons réservé 4 chambres, Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées et certaines très calmes. L'une des chambres se situait au dessus du dancing et il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à sa fermeture, tôt le matin. Pour s'excuser l'hôtel nous a fait une bonne réduction, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. D'autre part le dancing fermera bientôt.

Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel très accueillant et fort sympathique. Les plus : 3h au bain de la Gruyère offert avec la nuit d'hôtel. Un buffet de petit déjeuner tout à fait acceptable. Un restaurant inclus dans l'hôtel et très acceptable même si ce n'est pas de la cuisine du terroir. Parking privé au pied de l'Hôtel. Les moins : pas de climatisation des chambres ce qui pourrait poser problème en plein été mais sans conséquence le reste de l'année. Le restaurant fermé le dimanche soir mais la proximité du centre compense. On aurait aimé des œufs (Coques ou Brouillés avec bacon) au buffet du petit déjeuner

Belle découverte ! À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec deux branches de chocolats sur le lit et une bouteille de Prosecco. L'hôtel est très propre, la literie est très agréable, et le petit-déjeuner est d'une excellente qualité. De plus, il est parfaitement équipé pour les VTT électriques.

La suite all’ultimo piano era meravigliosa, due ambienti (un salotto con divano letto e la camera matrimoniale in fondo a un lungo corridoio), stanza guardaroba e bellissimo bagno con doppio lavandino. In entrambe le camere era presente tv plasma. Lo spazio non manca e la pulizia era ottima. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta molto. Comodi i posteggi gratuiti situati intorno all’hotel. Siamo stati felici di aver scelto questo hotel, a due passi da Gruyere.

Je garderai vraiment un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel de Bulle dans lequel je me suis senti particulièrement à l'aise l'espace d'une nuit. Un check-in facile, un accueil chaleureux, du personnel serviable, des sourires non forcés, vraiment bravo, d'autres établissements hôteliers devraient vraiment prendre exemple ! Pour ma chambre, de belle taille, moderne, bien équipée, une literie bien confortable. Au passage, merci pour les petites attentions régionales de bienvenue, de la générosité dans un monde hôtelier malheureusement trop souvent radin. Un petit déjeuner sans réelle extravagance, mais très complet, et surtout avec de bons produits régionaux, top ! Globalement tout était vraiment très bien. Comme vous l'aurez compris, je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel du centre de Bulle pour votre prochain séjour en Gruyère.  Un seul dommage, le check-out à 11h00, certes possible plus tard, mais payant un peu dommage. De nos jours, bon nombre d'hôtels visités proposent le check out à midi, sans supplément, une heure qui me semble quand même plus logique. Enfin, tout est question de sensibilité.
