Green Hotel Budapest

Das Personal spricht nicht besonders gut Englisch. Als die Putzfrau an die Tür klopfte, schickten wir sie weg, weil wir bereits saubere Handtücher hatten und sie die Tür mit ihrer Karte öffnete und trotzdem hereinkam. Das ganze Hotel stinkt und der Aufzug funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Frühstück ist schlecht und es gibt Schimmel im Badezimmer. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier überhaupt nicht halbwegs gut.

Es ist einfach etwas.... Das Zimmer kostete 9000 Forint für zwei Personen für einen Zeitraum von 4 Tagen. Ich denke, das Leben auf dem Land wäre viel besser. Das Zimmer wird überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Brauchen Sie Toilettenpapier? Im Laden kaufen Brauchen Sie Müllbeutel? Kaufen Sie im Laden. Brauchen Sie einen Fernseher? Das ist es, funktioniert aber nicht. Kühlschrank für Schönheit und Gestank. Schönheitssicher. Schönheitsspülung. Wasserkocher? Bringen Sie Ihre mit! WLAN? Essen! Aber es funktioniert in der Nähe des Aufzugs und dann auf einer Abteilung. Die Heizung funktioniert so, dass man bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Nachbarn? Ausgezeichnet, betrunken, Partys, Fluchen, alles wie bei den Klassikern!

Wowcher booked holiday. The lady at reception stated she did not have our booking. We was then left waiting anxiously not knowing if/where we could stay, in a country we have never been too before, in the dark and NOT in a particularly nice area of Budapest. Following on from this, the lady at reception apologised as to why she does not have our booking and booked us into rooms 710 and 712 as this was what was available. I was shocked at what I was expected to stay in for two nights and what was advertised for a 4* hotel. (Pictures to follow). Firstly, the door to 712 was broken, you didn’t actually need the key if you push the door hard enough it opened, (safety precaution and not 4 star standards). Furthermore, from pictures of the carpets, sink, shower you can see are disgusting. There are stains, dirt, grime and again not four star standards. The mattresses were thin, hard and not acceptable again in a four star advertised establishment. Please also explain why a punched mark in the wall is also acceptable opposite our hotel room, as I have not seen this before. The whole hotel released a dirty and unsafe vibe and I could not mentally or physically remain in this hotel.

Hi, I would like to say that this hotel has average rating :) We came to concert to Pap Laslo hall, which is nearby the hotel. We found out it very convenient. It is clean, but for example the beds are not tight. We had a parking place. It is great for those who are coming by the car. The breakfast was varios and delicious, we liked it. The bad thing is check in at 16h. Also, there is no exchange office nearby. My rating for Green hotel is 3 :) We had a lovely time however.

It should be listed as a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one. They can tick almost all the facilities required to be listed as such, but:. huge problem with hygene, leftovers for breakfast (pay attention to the eggs!), yellowish mattresses & towels, riped pillows, no soap/ shower gel/ wifi. Spider webs, dust all over. Dirty shower. Old furniture. I guess that it would come in handy if you know that the place is frequented by a specific type of clients (funny experience to meets the girls on their way out). Also, funny to be told that they have a strict non-smoking policy, but to see cigarette marks on the window panel and to be able to smell pot on the entire 6th floor :)). This is the first bad review that I’ve ever given, but it was frustrating to point at all these problems and get a nod and a “we know, but we can’t and won’t do anything about it” type of answer. Their main and only concern is to take your money.

1. Administrator does not speak English 2. There are 2 beds in the room, but if another person comes, he needs to book a new room 3. Very rude receptionist, does not know how to communicate with guests, and does not offer any alternative 4. View from the window of a crumbling house 5. Beer water cash only 6. Surcharge only cash 7. The receptionist smokes GLO at the reception Wish from myself: teach the administrator to contact people, and allow all kinds of services to pay by card, we do not live in the Middle Ages.

I found this hotel via booking com and paid for 28.11.22-11.12.22 as I have to see a dentist in Budapest. Shortly: 1. They don't speak English! Just 1 person and you must be lucky to meet him 2. Their manager never comes to the hotel, so it's impossible to solve anything as they Don't Speak English. 3. Filthy, dirty carpets, toilet, shower. Everything is broken. Look at the photos. Just in my room: broken box for liquid soap in a shower, no lid in a sink, some strange thing wrapped in nasty blue packet on the ceiling, etc. 4. Reception is rude just one man was nice. Lady argued with me using her language and I saw her eyes and the tone of her rude voice shocked me. It seems that she hates the hotel and the guests. No assistance in anything. I asked her to bring me a remote control for air conditioner - she said yes and nothing happened. So I slept in a cold room. Now I have a caught and temperature and stay in another hotel. That's my holiday here. 5. Breakfast: sorry that I can't add here any photos as I hadn't made any. But breakfast is awful: over fried eggs, one tipe of nasty sausage, cheese, cold coffee, flavoured tea bags, cornflakes and milk, tomatoes, cucumbers. Everything is cold. 6. Elevator. Look at the photos. Just one works. More over their staff don't pay attention that guests are in elevator, so push their trolleys with dirty smell towels and can't even wait. 7. Breakfast till 9:00!!! 8. Room has specific bad smell that I had a headache. It must be not everything that I should mention. But I hope it's enough to understand that this hotel is 1 star, not 4. Still waiting that booking com will give me money back for the hotel as I stayed there just till 1 of December, because I moved when I found for myself a new normal hotel. Yuliia. Ukraine.

Seriously we were shocked. To begin with on arrival, we were told we only had one room booked, it was nerve wrecking, late at night,we were hungry and tired. We finally got put in two rooms . No kettle, No tea/coffee facilities at all. The pictures on the website must be very old. The mattresses are all stained, it's disgusting. I wiped the window sill with wet Paper , it was black. The bathrooms are disgusting. I can honestly say , these rooms have not been cleaned for months. The bedding, well , sheets were clean thank god. Then breakfast, well the water for coffee was warm. Orange juice was Squash, not fresh. Tea was all flavoured and I forgot to take my own. It is not equipped the the British taste what so ever. The following day, we did get two more rooms next to each other as requested when booking. There looked better but still dirty. The reception is dull and nothing like the photos. TRIP ADVISOR you need to visit yourself

We stay one night in this hotel. The worst expirience ever. Receptionist barely speaks english. Brakefast was terible. Room was dirty, it smells like somebody had a smoke in there. Towels were dirty too. I don't know what was wrong with the sheets, but we had an itch all night. It was so bad, that we had to take a pill for allergy. On top of all somebody next door had loud sex all night. We heard everything. I don't have anything good to say about this hotel. The worst hotel in Budapest for sure.
