Wir haben während eines Familienurlaubs in diesem Hotel übernachtet und unser Aufenthalt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und der Blick aus dem Fenster einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotelpersonal ist zuvorkommend, professionell und steht Ihnen für alle Anliegen zur Verfügung – stets mit einem Lächeln und einem Gefühl echter Fürsorge. Die Hotelausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmackvoll. Auch die Lobby und die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, aber dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die eine Kombination aus hoher Qualität, Service und Komfort suchen. Keine Kompromisse.

Отель расположен близко от метро и от остановки автобуса в аэропорт. Достопримечательности также близко. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, канальный кондиционер. В холле отеля есть банкомат. Завтраки в китайском ресторане. Завтрак шведский стол: омлет, бекон, сырные и колбасные нарезки, мюсли, круассаны. Окно в номере не открывается.

Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

Es war einfach unglaublich!!! Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Eine Bushaltestelle und der Flughafenbus sind ganz in der Nähe. Unglaublich sauber und komfortabel. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und durchdacht. Es gibt sogar einen Adapter für amerikanische Steckdosen. Und das Badezimmer war einfach Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Personal für die prompte Bearbeitung all meiner Anfragen. Ich konnte absolut nichts bemängeln, selbst wenn ich danach gesucht hätte. Ich würde am liebsten in so einem Hotel wohnen ❤️❤️❤️

I was really satisfied with the Casa Capsa Hotel.It is centrally located, very clean, the interior is elegant, old world style and lovely, the staff is helpful and polite.The breakfast is delicious with a good variety. I will stay here whenever I return to Bucharest.Highly recommended to other travelers,too.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bucharest and still I could find parking space for my rental car nearby the hotel at all times. Rooms are clean, spacious enough and breakfast was on the better side of the average.

Das Zimmer ist schön, das Frühstück unten ist recht reichhaltig, der Service ist sehr gut und das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe des Fensters, genau richtig, um den Menschenstrom unten zu sehen, exotische Atmosphäre. Der Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein komplettes Warensortiment.

Great location not far from the old town and with a choice of excellent restaurants

We stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste. We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all. While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience. Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

Obwohl wir Bukarest nicht als Stadt für Tourismus gefallen, war das Hotel in der Stadtzentrum am besten.
