MMaria JuliaLovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

TTree136Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste. We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all. While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience. Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

吉吉客Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe an der Altstadt, die klassische Dekoration sieht großartig aus, aber die Innenräume und Einrichtungen des Zimmers sind sehr allgemein gehalten, die Raumaufteilung ist sehr eng, sehr klein, viele Deckenleuchten können nicht normal verwendet werden, reichhaltiges Frühstücksomelett!

TTigernassifIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Elite World Grand Hotel zu bleiben, bequem auf dem Basin Ekspres in Istanbul gelegen, und die Erfahrung war nichts weniger als ausgezeichnet. Von der Ankunftszeit an war das warme und professionelle Personal bemerkenswert, die Ernährung für alle Bedürfnisse und das Gefühl der Gäste wirklich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind ein wahres Highlight, mit einer harmonischen Mischung von Luxus und Komfort, mit Plusbett, modernen Ausstattung und atemberaubenden Blick auf die lebendige Stadt Istanbul. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details war offensichtlich, was einen hohen Standard der Reinigkeit und ein freundliches Auge für ästhetische Eleganz widerspiegelt. Die Küchenangebote im Hotel sind außergewöhnlich. Jedes Gericht, das ich versucht habe, war ein Geschmacktanz, die Auszeichnung des reichen Küchenerbes der Türkei und auch eine Vielzahl internationaler Küchen, die jedem Palast passen. Die Atmosphäre des Essens war ebenso lobenswert, bietet für jeden Essen eine angenehme Hintergrundlage. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr vorteilhaft und bietet einfachen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl von Attraktionen, Einkaufszielen und Mahlzeiten von Istanbul. Ob man sich in der Stadt für Geschäfts- oder Vergnügen befindet, die Lage des Elite World Grand Hotels gewährleistet Komfort. GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist top. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Austattung und Sauberkeit war in allen Bereichen sehr gut.  Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher werden und mehr Auswahl haben. Der Salat wirkte nicht sehr frisch leider.  Das Design des Hotels ist super schön, nur schade das die Zimmer sehr schlicht gehalten sind!

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserSehr freundliches und verfügbares Personal, hervorragende Reinigung. Sie sind nur 10 Gehminuten von Plata Victoria entfernt, wo Sie jede Art von Mitteln zu bekommen. Wir haben sie nicht gegessen, weil das Frühstück (nicht in der Buchung enthalten) zu teuer war (17€ pro Person), also haben wir in den Bars in der Nähe des Hotels gegessen. Ich werde mich insgesamt doch wiederholen. :)

KKonstantinos dGenerally the hotel has the background of a big company. Some notes , a hotel of 4 stars should have all the necessary amenities!! This mercury hotel didn’t has , moreover one day of my rest the room and especially the bathroom didn’t clean well. I reported this point to the receptionist and the day after , everything was excellent!! The location is closely to transportation means 10 min walking there is a bus station . The wi fi connection is ok The receptionist was very polite and helpful as well. The hotel is recommended for a stay !!!

It took me more than 15 minutes just to wait the receptionist to finish flirting and finally help me check in. My checkin took less than 5 minutes
