Sehr schönes Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Sehr schönes Frühstück verbreitet und allgemeine Ausstattung

Nur zurück von einem 3-Nacht-Unterkunft. Sauber Wohnung, aber einige Marken in der Dusche, sonst keine Probleme. Viele Platz, schöne Berührung mit den Getränken und Wasser im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft. Die Betten sind etwas hart für unsere gemütliche, aber komfortable genug. Gute Dusche, obwohl es am letzten Morgen aus heißem Wasser gelaufen war. Schöne Küche - wir kochen nicht, sondern verwendeten die Kaffeemaschine und Kettle. Schöne Dekoration und sehr modern. Liebe die Blinden auf den Außenfenstern machte es alles snüffeln und dunkel für entspannende Schlaf. Einfache Online-Check und Zugang mit digitalen Schlüsseln waren groß, da keine Sorgen über die Schlüssel losen. Guter Zugang zu lokalen Geschäften und kurzer Spaziergang in die alte Stadt. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und würde wieder besuchen.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

Erstens ist die Lage im Stadtzentrum mit nahegelegenen Bus- und U-Bahn-Stationen sehr praktisch. Zweitens war der Aufzug defekt, und es war anstrengend, meinen 23 Kilogramm schweren Koffer die vierstöckige Wendeltreppe hinauf- und hinunterzutragen. Das Zimmer schien umgebaut und unterteilt worden zu sein; es war geräumig, aber die Schalldämmung war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Zum Glück war nachts niemand laut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war begrenzt und sehr einfach. Abschließend sei noch erwähnt, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich war.

Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Coffee shop linked to hotel is perfect with a huge range of drinks on the menu. No oat milk though! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Did get quite warm in room and couldn’t work air con. As it’s on a busy road there was too much road noise if you wanted the window open. About a 30 minute walk to the old town and about 39 mins from the airport. Taxis are so cheap that it didn’t matter where it was. One night our group sat in Ricks bar which is attached to the hotel and ordered a bolt delivery from a local Greek restaurant which was great. Food stops at 8pm at hotel. Hotel was a great price and served us well for the trip.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful place to stay when you visit Bucharest. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms with comfy beds. It also has the most beautiful furniture. You have a fantastic view in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak several languages - no worries for travellers from any country. Breakfast is fine, and the restaurant looks nice as well. Parking is possible as well, so you don't have to worry about the car.

Great breakfast in Romania, free parking inside the hotel, 15 mins walk to the old town. Though facilities are a bit aged.

One of the sole hotels super close to the city center with a pool and gym included although that is outside of the hotel building and actually belongs to a gym chain. You can enter for free as a hotel guest. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but once you understood the layout, it works out nicely. People are friendly and service is good. You are not here for the views though :D

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.
