Fabulous spacious Cabins, overlooking the ocean. Well equipped kitchens with everything you need.. Beds so comfortable, had the best night sleep... Staff friendly and nothing is a bother... The swimming pool is over looking the ocean... Found my new place to stay when visiting Broome...

Disgusting park! The old section is just 💩. $730 for a week (family of 4+ pooch) and they they put you right down the back where there isn’t any beach access, no wifi as advertised, and no tv reception. The amenities block is 3km away and is old and crap. Further more our site is a camp site with no drainage so had to have grey water flowing back into our site, wife complained and nothing had been done, meanwhile you have people in swags & roof top tents in proper van sites. We absolutely hate this park and will never be returning, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PARK! NON REFLECTIVE PEOPLE COME IN AT NIGHT AND STEAL YOUR STUFF! You will regret it.

Well, where do we start! Disgusting amenities for the price we paid for a start. Showers .. expect a cool shower not a hot one. Two workable washing machines for the number of people having to stay here. Only here because the entire city of Broome is busy and definitely overrated! The accounting system of this park was abominable and would take much more to explain.Short story, we were given a sight- oh goodness, when we got there someone was already on there! We were then given another site for the entirety of out 12 day stay. In a motorhome we went out for 3 hours for dinner one night and came back and found a campervan on our site who said he was booked there for 2 weeks. We phoned afterhours who said it couldn’t be looked at until morning so we were put on an ‘emergency’ site for the night. Next morning, explanation was couldnt move the guy on our site - we needed to ho on his site which was not suitable for us at all. Eventually after much discussion we were given a site where we wouldn’t have to move again until we left…. Oops! Phone call on the day before we were to leave saying we should be gone.. our records state we were to stay to the date we had. Oh… and we were right but what business had an antiquainted booking system like this… absolutely disgusting! Oh and we were not the only disgruntled customers. Overpriced for what we experienced hence a one star review.

The property was great the view is beautiful, and the staffvare so friendly.

We stayed in the park twice on our trip, the second time around was solely because it was right next to “staircase to the moon “. The amenities are below par and becomes very dirty as the day goes on. The site sits right next to the ocean and have beautiful views.

This park is undergoing renovation with many new cabins being constructed on what were previously van sites. The construction does not make for a pleasant stay and the park can fit in more cabins than previously vans, so many more people staying but no extra facilities. We stayed in the bottom area past the pool, reasonable size site, but constant traffic due to one way road system. The best sites overlooking the ocean cannot be obtained due to kept in reserve by management for past clients. The new pool was nice, but ablutions badly in need of an upgrade. They charge top dollar, however facilities were poor. The cafe at Town Beach now closed.

Beautiful park for Caravan parking, next to the town beach which is suitable for pets. Grassed, new ablutions, lovely staff. Very close to China Town, museums etc. Outdoor cooking facilities, new/near new washing machines. We only stayed 4 days but it was an enjoyable stay.

Stayed for a week. Of all the parks, this is the best location. Can easily ride your bike into town or the brewery. Park on the other side of the park is great for kids. Amenities were clean and showers had good pressure. We were down in the bottom part of the park. Sites big and lots of room to reserve your van into (I’m 22ft and had no problems). Only negative was that I could get absolutely zero TV reception. You don’t go to watch TV but at the end of the day it is nice to sit and watch the telly.

We just spent a week at this great park with fantastic ocean views the staff are friendly and very helpful the camp kitchen looked really new and was great to use and the toilet block was very clean, I will look forward to staying again and will recommend to my friends.
