酒店位置優越，性價比不錯，房間有點小，工作人員不夠熱情，總體來説對得起這個價格吧！！！！！！！！！！！

As a regular at the Evolution and taking quite a liking to the hotel as a whole especially the night staff who were always welcoming, warm and kind my most recent trip turned it around entirely. My partner and I booked together on my account (as I regularly travel my rewards are higher) but paid with his card. I normally receive a free upgrade to my room but in this case wanted to make it special, paying extra for a room with a view. We had a small corner room (nothing like the rooms I had stayed in before) and to our disappointment no view at all. I queried this and despite being able to show the extras paid for told me that technically being surrounded and crammed between high rise business buildings, it was a “city view” . Our second night there went south with no disturbance to anyone else residing there nor the hotel staff however as a way to further abuse me, rang the hotel and without any notice was thrown out. Not only did they ignore clear signs of A partner trying to cause trouble for their spouse, they enabled it and threatened me with the police after trying to dispute the matter. I plan to take this matter further.

環境還是可以的，房間也挺整潔，就是衛生間的燈有點暗，24小時的前台，服務還可以，帶有停車場但是因為我們沒有開車就沒了解，沒有什麼風景因為周圍都是高樓，但是底下有好吃的餐館，超市，走路10分鐘能到商業街，很多商店包括奢侈品店，餐館，酒吧，琳瑯滿目，也是推薦去的一家酒店，樓下穿過橋能到對面southbank 和著名的Brisbane Sign，那裡旁邊還是摩天輪，拍照勝地

Stayed for business and then to go out on the town that night We had the 2 bedroom Business had desk right at window incredible city river view ! Mirror in bathroom had 3 types of lights you could use perfect for make up :) Bed room full length mirror Was more spacious then I thought it was going to be in lounge and veranda And view was beautiful Headed out in town location was awesome easy location Also was very easy drive to get there and easy to find Staff lovely even lent us a phone charger

Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the "make up the room" sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.

It was fine without anything special. Room was clean, location is good, but the apartment was fit out with cheap fixtures.

Quite a nice apartment but saw a couple of roaches!! Kitchen and rooms were quite nice though. Lovely view onto the harbour.
