"Hotel is in a great location, what used to be a grand old hotel is now a hostel hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.Roons are great and quiet z they also provided a fan. The decor was a little worn and there were some flies hovering in reception probably due to rubbish ready to be collected.
Breakfast is simple and filling, there is a bar and pool table and plenty of space to sit and socialise. There is a small kitchen available too. There is no kettle in private room so bring your own tea and coffee and you can boil the kettle in shared kitchen if it's within hours otherwise you will need your own."

"We've been staying at this hotel for years, the hotel is right on the seafront and adjacent to the Lanes so its perfectly located. If you can't get into the hotel car park then there is an inexpensive car park right next door. The hotel is very old and quirky in places and there are lots of public spaces on the ground floor where you can chillax away from others if you want. The restaurant is good value and the buffet style breakfasts offer loads of choices. The staff are always very helpful and attentive. Given where it is and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms its great value for money."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und perfekt. Wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Ich persönlich fand die Matratze sehr hart und brauchte zusätzliche Pilze zu verwenden, um zu unterstützen und zu bringen Komfort zu meinem Rücken. Andernfalls wäre ich froh, wieder zu bleiben. Die Service durch das Personal war freundlich, aber haben von anderen Hotels in der Gegend freundlicher und willkommener erlebt. Ich würde das Hotel 8/10 geben."

"We had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with some towel art and cake! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a beautiful view.
Only comments would be the lack of complementary water and mini-fridge the room. The AC took a while to become cold, but it got there eventually.
Overall, we had a great trip and don’t regret picking this hotel!"

"Note that not all floors are accessible via the elevator. The building is located near the beach. The views maybe disappoint. Walls are thin, so if your neighbors argue, you'll hear it. The rooms are in good nick, with a good bed, shower and toilet. Housekeeping skipped our room and we had to ask for new towels at reception twice, which was disappointing. We didn't try breakfast. There's a convenience store that is open late across the street, and no fewer than three Thai restaurants in the street. Probably not recommended for twenty year olds or parents with kids (need to keep it down!) or for the older set (lack of amenities besides a kettle, hair dryer and wifi). Good for a couple's weekend getaway with activities about town."

"Wenn Sie eine Strandanlage mit atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenunterkünfte suchen, ist das der Ort für Sie. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock, so bereit für enge Treppen und kein Aufzug, wenn Sie schwere Gepäck haben. Wir besuchten das warme Wetter und waren überrascht, dass wir keine AC oder Fan finden, was für uns als Asiaten unerlässlich ist. Es war unsere Überwachung, dass wir nicht vorher überprüfen. Andernfalls war das Zimmer gut, und der Ort war sicher für unsere Zubehör."

"Dieses Hotel ist mein Neffe, das beste Hotel, weil es das Hotel gibt, das auch Tee gibt. Wir wurden in Nordkammern geplant, das Meer nicht zu sehen, aber sehr ruhig. Die Chinesen hier sind selten für uns beide. Das Frühstück ist, nachdem Sie Fleisch bestellen und Kaffee und Rot Tee bestellen, Sie hat Ihnen das Zimmer mitgebracht, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hell und die Kellnerin ist sehr enthusiastisch."

GGastnutzerNice flat great location close to beach and shops and restaurants , not so easy to find due to works going on where your are told to turn says taxi and buses only , says parking available on description but doesn’t mention extra cost which is disappointing as it does bump up the price and should inform that there is an extra charge also charge by day not by night so extra £60 for 2 nights , instructions for space weren’t clear had to call and a car was in the space , both showers not great hard to get temperature right and the en suite one was broken the attachment was broken so we didn’t use , there are a lot of stairs over 4 flights(77) apparently but that isn’t mentioned wasn’t an issue for us but If you have young children or elderly people or lots of luggage could be an issue, overall great location and a nice spacious flat

Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, ging das Personal oben und weiter, um mich willkommen zu fühlen. Jede Interaktion von der Frontdesk bis zur Hausaufbewahrung war warm, professionell und wirklich nett. Es ist klar, dass Gastzufriedenheit hier oberste Priorität.
Eine der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war die Hotelbar. Gemütlich, stilvoll und fachkundig laufen, es war der perfekte Ort, um in der Nacht zu entspannen. Der Bartender war nicht nur fertig, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich, bietet tolle Gespräche und sogar bessere Cocktails. Es fühlte sich weniger wie eine Hotelbar und mehr wie ein lokales Geschirr.
Frühstück am Morgen war ein weiterer Stand. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Angebote waren beeindruckend frisches Gemüse, perfekt gekochte Eier, saisonalen Früchten und reichhaltige, aromatische Kaffee, die am Tag am rechten Abend begonnen. Das Essen war aufmerksam und glücklich, so dass die Erfahrung noch angenehmer gemacht wurde.
Dieses Hotel ist ein wahres Beispiel für die Gastfreundschaft, die richtig gemacht wird. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

ZZhe GONGI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made travel extremely convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and all the basic amenities. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

PPjshakeDie Lage ist direkt hinter dem Bahnhof von Brighton, also sehr günstig für die Verkehrsanbindung und etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Ich blieb eine Nacht und habe nicht gefrühstückt, obwohl es verfügbar ist. Es liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Pubs und Restaurants Sie machen den kurzen Spaziergang durch den Bahnhof!

Das Hotel Cons ist auch ein Club / Pub und ist sehr laut bis 4pm in den Wochenenden. Alle Zimmer sind über der Bar / Club so hatte wenig zu keinem Schlaf, die ganze Zeit waren wir dort. Sie bieten Ohrschleifen im Zimmer, aber dieses Hotel ist für die junge Eis unter uns von Nachtohlen geeignet.
Wäre nicht zurück gehen, sondern nur wegen des Mangels an Schlaf. Booming Bass und ein guter Schlaf sind keine Ehe, die getan wird, um zu arbeiten.

Title: A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups
My recent stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton was, on the whole, a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is a definite highlight—it’s just a two-minute walk from the bustling Brighton Pier and a stone's throw from some fantastic independent coffee shops and restaurants. This made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and convenient.
The staff were a particular standout. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They provided us with a map and some excellent recommendations for local places to eat, which were spot on. Our room was also a great feature; it was spacious, very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel.
While my stay was largely positive, there were a couple of minor issues that kept it from being a perfect 5-star experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton particularly for those looking for a great location and a comfortable stay. The fantastic staff and clean, well-appointed rooms make it an excellent choice for a weekend getaway. While there are a few small areas for improvement, I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Brighton.

Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

GGuest User방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
