Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront.
Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

Die Lage war erstaunlich! wir waren gerade im Zentrum der Aktion und alles war sehr bequem. Eincheckung war großartig, die Gentlemen an der von der hilft uns die Kontrolle in Callum war super freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Das Personal am Frühstück war fantastisch, meine Freundin ist ein Vegan und sie machten ihre frische Vegan-Soße zu keinem zusätzlichen Preis! Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön, obwohl es großartig wäre, einige Komplimentaritäten wie Wasserflaschen oder Zahnbürsten/Paste trotzdem war es ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt!
Auch die Abreise war super einfach und ohne Probleme wir gerade in einem Box aus unsere Zimmerkarte, super bequem vor allem, wenn Sie auf einem engen Zeitplan sind.

GGastnutzerDies war eine so erstaunliche Zeit in Brighton für meinen Geburtstag. Sie hinterließen uns eine kleine Schokoladebox und ein Notiz, der glückliche Geburtstag sagte, was wirklich süß war.
Upgraded uns auf Balkon, um den gesamten Strand und Brighton/Hove zu sehen

GGastnutzerWe were relocated to this hotel from the nightmare of 'Amherst hotel'. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were friendly. We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.

GGastnutzerI didn't intend to stay here, I confused this hotel with the seafront Leonardo Royal, and I was told by a taxi driver that it's a common mistake.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a bright reception area with a bar , restaurant, and breakfast area. There are also a few toiletteries and snacks available to buy. The staff are efficient.
My room was on the fifth floor with a view across the town. The room was very clean with a first-rate bed, largish tv., Espresso machine, a well stocked hospitality tray , slippers, toiletteries, a Mini fridge and a safe , although you are advised to leave valuable items in the reception.
I slept well, I didn't really hear any noise from inside or outside. The televisions have restricted sound.There are key cards that not only open room doors but are required to call the lifts on the ground floor.
There is a small selection of food available, pizzas steaks , pasta, fish and chips, and other pub favourites.
Breakfast is taken in the extended restaurant , there is a great selection to most guests, continental cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, porridge, cereals, pastries, smoothies, etc. Guests can set themselves up for the day.
The seafront is approximately 15 minutes walk away, the quickest route, and it's downhill . The railway station is literally just around the corner, so this is also a good spot for those delegates attending conferences in the hotel.
Overall , I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

GGastnutzerStaff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.nice quiet hotel.has it's own car park but only a handful of spaces.the spaces are packed so close together that you can barely get your door open let alone get out of the car.we were told to reverse into space but then had no room to open boot to get luggage out.plus you pay extra to park but you can come and go as you please if you can get back in your car.nice idea and cheaper than car parks but literally no room to maneover car.hotel room was clean,neat& tidy but very dated.bathroom looked shabby and needs an update but was clean.could hear music, snoring from man in next room.picked a Seaview room which was lovely,however next morning windows had so much condensation we couldn't see out..only open a couple of inches too.need a squeegee to wipe windows.unfortunately despite the comfy bed I didn't sleep great as being on seafront traffic was non stop all night.however I loved the hotel and would stay again.breakfast we were given a time slot for and the food was very nice.very well situated right near the i360 tower which is well worth a visit

WWillHastingsDer Leonardo Waterfront war die perfekte Wahl für die Familie in Brighton. Wir fühlten uns sofort entspannt - das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich, und das Haus (unbeschadet des riesigen und offenen Plans) hat viele gemütliche Bereiche für ein Getränk oder ein Essen.
Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber - eine mit einem großen Meerblick und die andere mit einem Innenfenster, das den Foyer überblickte, das ungewöhnlich und potenziell dunkel klingt, aber war eigentlich wunderschön und, wegen der Glasdecke, Nicht unterdrückend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten; großes komfortables Bett, gute Dusche, fantastisches Kaffee, ein Kühlschrank, ein Leitfaden für Brighton und komplimentäres Wasser.
Die Lage ist auch großartig. Der Haupteingang ist am Meer, nahe dem Pier, und die Hintertüren führen direkt zu den Lanes, mit vielen schönen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von Metern. Das Fitnesscenter, der Pool, der Dampfraum und die Sauna waren auch schön zu benutzen - wie der Rest des Hotels, sauber und gut aussehend mit sorgfältiger Mitarbeiter. Das einzige kleine Problem war, dass unsere Schlüsselkarte ein paar Mal abgekoppelt wurde, obwohl sie von Telefon und Elektronik entfernt. Es war nicht zu schlecht, nach der Rezeption zu gehen, um es aus dem ersten Stock wieder zu setzen, aber vielleicht war es verärgert von einem Zimmer die vierte Stock! Alles andere als für das gemacht aber - danke all das Personal für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von den Bahnhöfen/U-Bahnhöfen KingsCross und St. Pancras entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Hotel ist klein, aber das Personal dort ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er kümmerte sich gut um das Hotel und die Kunden, empfahl gute Restaurants und Besuche für Kunden und zeigte allen seine Fürsorge. Ich habe es genossen, dort zu bleiben und würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
