Ich hatte den unglaublichsten Aufenthalt! Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, waren die Mitarbeiter so freundlich, willkommen und hilfreich. Sie machten mich wirklich zu Hause fühlen und gingen oben und darüber, um meinen Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Die Nachbarschaft war auch wunderschön und fühlte sich sehr sicher, was die gesamte Erfahrung noch angenehm machte. Das Essen war absolut lecker! Jedes Essen war so frisch und süß. Insgesamt war es so eine wunderbare Erfahrung, und ich konnte ehrlich gesagt nicht um einen besseren Aufenthalt bitten. Ich würde diesen Ort definitiv jedem empfehlen, einen komfortablen, willkommenen und sicheren Ort zu bleiben. Ich werde glücklich wiederkommen! ❤️

What an amazing stay we had at foreve wild !! From greeting us at the gate to the reception, everything went smoothly the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The area is quiet and there is a lot of animals to see around. The rooms were neat and everything you need was there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Excellent 👌 There are a few restaurants in the area just ask and they will guide you there. Make sure to pay the conservation fee when you enter Dinokeng and get a self drive game reserve permit. I would definitely go back and stay longer!

Der Service war sehr gut.Ich wurde mit warmen Händen begrüßt und es war kein Fuss sehr einfach zu gehen und zu meinem Zimmer.Die Einrichtungen funktionierten obwohl ich hatte meine Hoffnungen hoch denken Netflix arbeitet jedoch es ist nicht ein Fuss.Ich genossen das Essen , War sehr lecker und schön 🥰.Eine sehr schöne Ansicht sicherlich werde ich nächstes Mal wiederkommen  Was ich enttäuscht war, war meine Tür fest und nicht öffnen konnte, was ich denke, es ist jammerlich !! Ich musste etwa 30 Minuten warten, bis meine Tür zu öffnen und ich sah keine vollen Toiletten trotzdem ich req eins aber kam genau so und dauerte ewig ankommen .

Das Hotelzimmer war super sauber, einschließlich der Teppiche, der Linen und des Badezimmers. Am Morgen war das englische Frühstück gut, aber es gab keine Wahl. Ich konnte den Pool nicht nutzen, weil es gereinigt wurde.Das Gästehaus ist bequem in einem relativ sicheren Teil von Pretoria Ost gelegen und ist in der Nähe von großen Malls.

Große Erfahrung. Wunderbares Personal an der Rezeption , Dozenzzimmer , Bar und Parkplatz . Die Mitarbeiter Reinigung der Zimmer machen viel Lärm, klopfen am Tür früh am Morgen und waren nicht sehr freundlich. Sie müssen in der Kundenservice induziert werden.

Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

The service was excellent upon my arrival,I was surprised with a cake and fruits and nuts platter because I went to celebrate my birthday thank you ANEW HOTEL,not to forget a glass of champagne at reception enjoyed my birthday.

Wir kamen aus Stay Easy Mbombela in Mpumalanga, die wir erfahren wurde, wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert und sieht erstaunlich aus, so dass unsere Erwartungen hoch waren. Stay Easy Pretoria hat einen alten Stil in den Zimmern, die Möbel sind nur braun ohne Persönlichkeit. Wir hatten keinen Kühlschrank, wie wir im MP. Es gab eine Eismaschine auf jedem Stock. Das Essen ist klein und da es ein Fußballteam hatte, wurde es schnell voll und es war schwer zu bewegen. Ich würde nicht wirklich sagen, es war Wert für Geld.

Das Hotel ist in hervorragender Lage. Hatte ein Zimmer weit vom Aufzug entfernt, so dass kein Lärm von den Menschen im Halle. Ausgezeichneter Service
