Ich möchte den hervorragenden Kundenservice der Front Desk Mitarbeiter besonders Nike, Marilyn und der Assistenten Manager loben, ich glaube, sein Name ist Tommy. Sie sind sehr aufpassen und gingen oben und darüber nur, mich anzusehen. Nike hielt uns bei unseren Druckfragen, die uns bei der Vorbereitung auf unsere Vereinigungsveranstaltung am nächsten Tag enorm geholfen haben. Tommy, hilf mir, meine Sachen zu sammeln, als ich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt habe, weil Feueralarmlampen, die nicht ausschalten würden. Das ist die einzige negative Erfahrung meines Aufenthalts. Es gab eine Feuerbohrung um 3 Uhr. Das Licht ging nicht aus, nachdem das Sound ausgeschaltet wurde. Die Wartungspersonal musste sich mit der Angelegenheit befassen, so dass ich in ein anderes Zimmer überführt wurde. Tommys Hilfe während der Bewegung ist sehr geschätzt.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Der Service war gut wie erwartet und die Lage ist groß, Spazierweiterung von den Themenparks. Aber es gibt ein Kommunikationsproblem zwischen trip.com und dem Hotel. Ich reservierte ein 2-Queen-Bettzimmer und erwähnte in meiner Buchung, dass wir eine Familie von 3. Aber das Hotel sagte, sie konnten die Informationen von trip.com nicht sehen, so dass sie uns nur ein 1 Königsbettzimmer gegeben. Sie bot uns ein rollendes Bett kostenlos, aber das war nicht genau das, was wir reserviert und erwartet.

Nachdem Sie mit dem Bus von Los Angeles nach Anaheim gefahren sind, sind es vom Disneyland-Bahnhof aus etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straße war voller Menschen, die von Disney zurückkehrten, was eine fröhliche Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Hotel ist sauber und man bekommt zwei 500-ml-Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren für 2 Nächte und 3 Tage hier und bekamen zusätzliches Wasser, wenn wir darum baten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das angeschlossene Café war köstlich! Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte ich den Disney Adventure Park und das Angel Stadium! Das Stadion ist 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also habe ich einen Bus genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg wird sehr voll sein. Am letzten Tag sollte ich um 5 Uhr morgens abreisen, und als ich mich an der Rezeption erkundigte, sagten sie mir, ich solle um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken und eine Stunde in der Lobby verbringen. Die Lobby war groß und sauber, es gab also kein Problem. Uber holte mich um 17 Uhr sicher ab und wir kamen in etwa 40 Minuten am LAX an.

Sie werden kaum eine schönere Unterkunft zu diesem Preis finden. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Saubere Unterkunft. Bequeme Anbindung an Disneyland mit dem ART-Bus. Direkt nebenan befindet sich das Outlet-Center mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abends gab es Live-Musik in der Bar. Das Parken kostete 35 $ pro Nacht. Der Parkplatz war überbucht, und einige Gäste parkten, wo immer sie Platz fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen sind abgenutzt. Sie waren zwar nicht unbequem, aber man sieht ihnen ihr Alter an und sie sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Food from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette.  The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken.  Parking was over-priced.  Cable tv only. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.

ディズニーまで徒歩20分ぐらいの近さで良かったです。ディズニーが近いのもあり、観光客だらけなので、夜遅くに歩いて帰るのも全然怖くなく安全でした。 チェックイン時に、少しですが朝食ももらえて良かったです。 トイレは詰まりやすく、フロントを呼んでもなかなか来てくれなかった点は残念でした。 部屋は清潔で、総合的にはまた泊まりたいと思うようなホテルでした。

This place was great! The room was clean and spacious. We did book the suite room with the bunk bed (the kids loved it!) the room had so much space for all 8 of us. Free breakfast, free ride to Disneyland, free parking and at the best price. Will definitly come back!  It’s not too far walk to Disneyland either.

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
