LLAD17Ich blieb 10 Tage. Als ich spät in die Nacht checkte, hatte das Hotel kein Warmwasserspeicher, und es gab keine Kehle im Zimmer, so fragte ich den männlichen Mitarbeitern im Vorderbüro für Warmwasser für Kaffee, und er kocht es für mich in dem Restaurant.
Einige Tage später habe ich im Hotel für einen späten Abendsnack ein Sofort-Nudeln gekauft und um warmes Wasser gebeten, aber die ältere Frau am Frontbüro verweigerte, dass es nur bis 10 Uhr verfügbar war, obwohl es 9:55 Uhr war.
Dasselbe weibliche Personal weigerte sich auch, mein Zimmer zu reinigen, als ich es beantragte, bevor ich ausging, und sagte, das Reinigungspersonal war beschäftigt, und das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, als ich zurückkam. (Das Zimmer wurde nur 3 mal in 10 Tagen gereinigt, so dass ich jeden Tag zu beantragen frische Handtücher musste.)

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGastnutzerNachdem Sie mit dem Bus von Los Angeles nach Anaheim gefahren sind, sind es vom Disneyland-Bahnhof aus etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straße war voller Menschen, die von Disney zurückkehrten, was eine fröhliche Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Hotel ist sauber und man bekommt zwei 500-ml-Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren für 2 Nächte und 3 Tage hier und bekamen zusätzliches Wasser, wenn wir darum baten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das angeschlossene Café war köstlich! Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte ich den Disney Adventure Park und das Angel Stadium! Das Stadion ist 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also habe ich einen Bus genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg wird sehr voll sein. Am letzten Tag sollte ich um 5 Uhr morgens abreisen, und als ich mich an der Rezeption erkundigte, sagten sie mir, ich solle um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken und eine Stunde in der Lobby verbringen. Die Lobby war groß und sauber, es gab also kein Problem. Uber holte mich um 17 Uhr sicher ab und wir kamen in etwa 40 Minuten am LAX an.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist großartig, sichere Nachbarschaft. Reiset für ein Konzert im Honda Zentrum und konnte dort in 5 Minuten mit wenig Verkehr oder Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen. Hotel hat eine große Atmosphäre, möchte dort buchen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht das beste. Seitentisch hatte Pen-Töchter. Fixierung im Badezimmer wurde gebrochen. Es gab Müll in verschiedenen Bereichen von früheren Besuchern. Pee-Fliesen auf der Badezimmerwand und andere Fliesen um die Möbel.

GGuest UserZuerst war dieses Hotel schön, und wir genossen eine frühe Eincheckung von ihren freundlichen Mitarbeitern und einige Strandhilfe mit Stühlen und Schirms auf ihrem privaten Strand. Wir genossen auch einige 'Gemeinschaftsgebiete', die das Wasser überblicken und genießen einige Sonne und Entspannung weg vom Sand, aber immer noch in der Nähe des Wassers. Mein einziger Beschwerde war, dass ich mich etwas durch die Bilder auf der Website irrefühlte. Ich buchte ein 'Deluxe King' Zimmer mit Meerblick' und ich bezahlte entsprechend. Die Bilder beinhalteten einen Balkon auf dem Wasser. Bei der Eincheckung wurde mir gesagt, ich habe ein 'König' Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten und war verwirrt. Ich zeigte ihnen meine Liste und sie sagten, sie waren voll reserviert und das ist, was sie für mich hatten. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, das dem Ozean gegenüber steht, aber das Zimmer wurde wieder gesetzt und während ja man den Ozean durch ein Fenster sehen konnte, Es war 60 Fuß über einem besetzten Deck und klar nicht, was ich mir vorstellte, als ich dachte, ich würde die Wellen von meinem Zimmer sehen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und ich fand, dass die meisten meiner Zeit auf dem Gemeinschaftsdeck/Strand verbracht wurde. Hat eine tolle Zeit und wird sicherlich dieses Hotel wieder besuchen.

GGastnutzerThis place was great! The room was clean and spacious. We did book the suite room with the bunk bed (the kids loved it!) the room had so much space for all 8 of us. Free breakfast, free ride to Disneyland, free parking and at the best price. Will definitly come back!
It’s not too far walk to Disneyland either.

GGastnutzerExtremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

GGastnutzerThe water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
